I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work. I have a child that uses the same insurance in the same area with no problems. Polite staff but these are situations shouldn't happen. Follow up with your patients.

However this process started March 2024 it's now November 2024 and I still don't have TEETH. The teeth are either buck, lopsided, or big. I've had to wear a mask for almost 9 months missing vacations, public meals, and family functions. During the first visit I asked for my total cost and I even requested a print out. I paid the amount then was asked for $1200 two weeks later. Paid the $1200 then two weeks later asked for another $1500. Not being clear about a total cost up front is a great inconvenience. Im in pain cause all it's still big bone spurs like small tooth pieces poking out of my gums. I can't bite down even with just gums. Again I desperately wanted to do a super review because the people are honestly really nice. Never had an unpleasant experience as far as the people. The dentist is good with pain management.

I saw his advertisement in the yellow pages and gave him a call. He thoroughly won me over with his professionalism. He said it wouldn't hurt and He was right! No pain! Now I'm scheduling all my family dental needs with him. His office is not hard to find and it seems appointments are easy enough to set up. I just had some deep cleaning and well all I can say is that it was worth it! Done right..they really took care of me.. Again, no pain!

I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. She was like sure you can stop by and sign a wavier for them to be email my x rays to the dentist that did make me a priority. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Looking at the dentist office size I'm sure they wont miss my payments but I'm gonna go somewhere where I matter
