I am someone who is terrified of the dentist, the kind of terrified where you white knuckle the armrests and mentally prepare for battle. Every visit used to feel like a challenge. Clear Choice changed everything for me. This place is top tier in a way I did not know existed!! Jess handled my consultation and she was fantastic. She explained financing clearly, answered every question, and somehow made the scary stuff feel manageable. The doctor was so pleasant and reassuring that I actually unclenched my jaw for the first time in years. Liz has been my rock throughout this entire process. She goes above and beyond, helps me navigate every appointment, and has this magical ability to make you feel welcome and safe the moment you walk in. She is the emotional support human every dental phobic person dreams of!!! Vicky did my smile design and she was patient, kind, and answered all my questions without rushing me. The surgical team was attentive and according to my partner they were incredibly accommodating, which says a lot because my partner notices everything. Im very glad I took the advice and scheduled an appointment. Everyone has anxiety about going to the dentist. Myself included. It's something we don't do every day. Im here to tell you that Dr. Chase and his team really make you feel at ease. The Friendly Smiles team are all... super friendly! They're always up to date with all the new dental technologies and are super knowledgeable. To me the most important quality is you don't feel like a customer but more like a friend. The whole team gets to know you and really treats you like as such. Cindy the Hygienist, Lisa the assistant, Dr Chase and the rest of the office team are always talking about your interests and over the years, really care and get to know you and your teeth. While you're getting your cleaning or procedure done there always talking which is great, it takes away from what is happening (which always puts me at ease). Each chair is also equipped with a tv, so you are able to switch to whatever channel you like. I've never had any dental issues after leaving Friendly Smiles. After all procedures, they always follow the next day and see how you're doing. The Place is in a very convenient location right off 295, and the waiting room is always super clean and stocked with magazines, water, and other goodies. My dentist is Dr. Kessler, who is really superb. The staff is very personable and their pricing is the best I've encountered. I also like that if you need attention quickly for something like an orthodontic problem, they can locate a specialist quickly. Last week a retainer bar that I've had for 30 years became loose, and the staff was able to set me up with their in-house orthodontist the very next day. He removed the "old school" bar and scanned for a new acrylic retainer (similar to Invisalign). They had it ready in a few days and it fits perfectly!
