She said I was reading a couple 4s and had to get a gingivitis treatment...$600 OUT OF POCKET!!!! Absolutely not. I requested just a regular cleaning because I have some Tartar buildup I want rid of but they refused because I wouldn't do the gingivitis cleaning! They also said I have no cavities..Hygienist and lady at the billing desk were very rude, only good part of the experience was the girl who did my scans, she was very nice. Other than that, terrible experience. Won't be using Aspen again. This is the second time they've done this to me.

She was thorough through everything, telling me what was going on and answered all of my questions no matter how silly I may of thought they were. I have terrible "dentist" anxiety and this was my first procedure in quite a long time. I was opted to receive nitrous oxide for my procedure but unfortunately the machine was down that day. As you can imagine, as any anxious person was, I was terrified of that needle. Though Dr. Nicholas and her assistant was able to calm me down and assure me that it would be merely painless. You know what? They were right. I felt a little poke, like barely even a pinch after the numbing gel and that was it. They're highly trained enough that you may not even need to opt for nitrous. If you're scared to visit a dentist, this is honestly the best place to go. If you're not insured they are the most lovely people (Especially Nancy, God bless her!) in the world who will work with you to setup an affordable payment plan.

Their website has an entire page on this which led me to giving them a call and scheduling an appointment. The front desk lady was so friendly and welcoming. She was able to get me an appointment on the very same day due to a cancellation that came through. It was over my lunch hour, which was perfect. They also open as early as 8am, which will be convenient for future appointments (getting it out of the way before my busy work day gets underway). The woman who did my cleaning was also super friendly! She made me feel so comfortable and even provided me with great restaurant suggestions since I told her I just moved here and was looking for some goods spots. She really made my experience enjoyable and she knew what she was doing. Then the dentist, Dr. Graham, came in and was also very friendly and welcoming. I was seriously overjoyed at how nice everyone was! It's like they all brightened my day and put a bigger smile on my face (it also helped that I didn't have any cavities haha). I will definitely keep coming back here and I will be sending my fiancé here when he's due for a cleaning as well. I am SO happy to have done some research and found such a great dentist office!
