I was consistently impressed with their professionalism, communication, and the exceptional quality of their work. Paramount demonstrated great project management skills. The project was completed on time and within the estimated budget, a testament to their efficiency and attention to detail. The entire experience was seamless and transparent. One of the most notable aspects of working with Paramount was their commitment to quality. The crew was skilled, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their work. The finished product not only met but exceeded my expectation and I are extremely pleased with the results. For anyone seeking a trustworthy and highly competent contractor who is insured, certified, and licensed, I strongly recommend their services.

On the first…read moreday of work, they cut my internet cable, denied doing so, and attempted to reconnect it using electrical tape. This did not restore service, and I had to call Xfinity to properly fix the issue. The owner was notified and did not respond. They also damaged the house number and claimed it was already damaged. In addition, they failed to paint the shed, did not reinstall the window shutters that were removed for the job, and left cut plants without cleanup. To make matters worse, the owner arrived around 7:00 a.m. to collect payment while I was getting ready for work, which I found unprofessional. Overall, the quality of work, communication, and professionalism did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.

I agreed to sign with him. He was reasonable and stood by his word of having this home show ready. He checked on the progress of his workers regularly and then offered to paint the inside at another reasonable price. The work took a little longer, but it was not a rush job. I am someone who wants it done right the first time and not a shotty job completed in a few days. It was worth the extra time. Mind you, each of the rooms were a different color, so it took a little longer. And, in order to sell it, I wanted it show ready in one neutral color. My real estate agent was impressed with his work and the extra time that was put in getting it ready. AWESOME JOB!

His price was great and though he would have rather build the cabinets for my kitchen himself, the job was done in the time limit agreed upon. It did feel rushed only because the team that came worked from morning until almost 11pm! But they were fast and in the end I would certainly recommend them all. I actually already have recommended Pacific Creations and if I need anything else I would definitely consider them.

We chose Casual Homes because Tim & Sherry were open, honest, and easy to work with, plus they came with very strong reviews. Time warned us that it would be a 6-week project, and it took a few more days due to waiting on counter tops to be installed and a couple of other issues. They were on site almost every day to make sure we were happy. The crew doing the work -- Shawn, Casey, Ryan, and a few others at various times -- were fantastic and fun to work with. They use subcontractors for the floor (which looks amazing!) and electric (that didn't go so well). Everything turned out even better than we envisioned. We had a couple of issues that we weren't happy with, but Tim worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. We're happy to recommend Casual Homes!

I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! The final finishing trim was done by Shawn and he, too, did a great job! Hey, Tim and Sherry ... you've got GREAT employees! You are lucky to have such hardworking, honest and trustworthy guys on your team. And I hope you know that Joe is worth his weight in gold (and he's a BIG guy!). Thank you all for my new bathroom!!
