The first day of the project the painters were on time. We walked around the house to talk about the job to make sure we were on the same page of what was to be done. The job took 3 days and everyday they were on time and cleaned up before they went home. Once the job was complete and before the painters went home we walked around the house together to make sure everything was done to my liking. When I have more paint work to be done I will definitely use them again.

I had 3 quotes and Peter's quote was the best of all of them.  We had not painted our in 20 years and we had a lot of peeling and mildew stains. Luke and Jeremy did a great job with the pressure washing.  We also had quite a few cracks in the stucco.  They were able to fix all of the cracks and caulked all of the windows. We didn't change any of the colors and Luke did a fantastic job matching the existing colors. Our soffit and fascia was a very dingy white and Luke was able to match our neighbor's dark brown color.  Peter said it would take 3 days to finish but we had 1 day of rain so the whole job took 4 days. The house turned out so good that it actually looks better than when it was brand new. We have already gotten so many compliments and everyone looks at the house when they drive by. The curb appeal has increased 100% plus. We will be recommending  ACS to all of our friends.  Extremely professional and detail oriented.  Everyone was very courteous as well. We are 100% satisfied. We will have ACS paint our house in 10 years. Thank you so much and again FANTASTIC job.

We chose Casual Homes because Tim & Sherry were open, honest, and easy to work with, plus they came with very strong reviews. Time warned us that it would be a 6-week project, and it took a few more days due to waiting on counter tops to be installed and a couple of other issues. They were on site almost every day to make sure we were happy. The crew doing the work -- Shawn, Casey, Ryan, and a few others at various times -- were fantastic and fun to work with. They use subcontractors for the floor (which looks amazing!) and electric (that didn't go so well). Everything turned out even better than we envisioned. We had a couple of issues that we weren't happy with, but Tim worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. We're happy to recommend Casual Homes!

I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! The final finishing trim was done by Shawn and he, too, did a great job! Hey, Tim and Sherry ... you've got GREAT employees! You are lucky to have such hardworking, honest and trustworthy guys on your team. And I hope you know that Joe is worth his weight in gold (and he's a BIG guy!). Thank you all for my new bathroom!!
