Don't expect quality product, installation or customer service. Disgraceful…read more They weren't the solid wood cabinets I wanted and paid for. HE didn't think the ones I wanted were "fancy enough". I didn't want fancy. He cut corners on some of the construction and installation - cut boards under sink too short. He promised to do everything he could to make it right. Instead he talked down to me, as if he was talking to a fool. I'm not. He said if you take a door outside lay it on the ground and gets rained on enough, it'll fall apart. Duh? Everybody knows that. He continued saying that if my handicapped daughter's cabinets got wet over a period of time, they'd fall apart. My 60yr old solid wood cabinets get cleaned often. They aren't falling apart. He installed a cabinet over the dryer that was too big. He knew it. Doors couldn't be installed until it was corrected. He installed FIRST, then came next door to get me to see it. He knew it was wrong. He then told me that he could fix it. That caused damage to my ceiling. Professional? Dishonest "Christian" man. Do better.

We had to leave the house for a medical emergency and the crew said that they would stay during lunch so that the house would be occupied. Just stepping up and taking responsibility ment the world to us at a very crucial moment. We loved the covering on the island and how they made they craftsman moldings part of the island.

The…read morework looked good initially, but within 2-3 years, peeling began along the top edges of doors, drawer fronts, and some seams. I've attached clear photos showing the damage.I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded that the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The second photo shows the peeling near the sink which may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked everyday to cause this much peeling. The first photo is of a drawer on an island far from sinks/stove splashes as is some of the other affected areas. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. It's disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1-2 stars for the product failure and warranty experience.

We recently remodeled our 1985 townhouse kitchen, and the transformation is spectacular. If you…read morelive in a home from this era, you know how challenging the original storage and layouts can be. This redesign completely solved those issues. The Highlights: To-the-Ceiling Cabinets: This was the ultimate space-saver. Taking the cabinets all the way up maximized our vertical storage and eliminated that awkward, dust-collecting gap. It makes the entire kitchen feel taller and more spacious. Matching Quartz Countertops & Backsplash: Carrying the quartz up from the counters onto the backsplash created a seamless, high-end look. It reflects light beautifully and is incredibly easy to clean with no grout lines to scrub. The functionality and modern style completely update our townhome. We couldn't be happier with the results!

The owner Mr. John Wilson of Artistic Kitchens and Baths made several mistakes and errors which he would not accept responsibility for his mistakes and errors which resulted additional costs for me to assume. During our discussions on these additional costs as a result of his mistakes and errors, he would often become very hostile, argumentative and go into explosive rages. During one of his rage moments, he made a personal attack on on me. I would like to share this personal attack and I will quote what he said to me: "You are a typical Northern and you should go back up North with all the other Northern people where you all belong"!!!! This was not very professional and was uncalled for! To my fellow Pinehurst Country Club Members: You all know me (Mike Rospert) and I would encourage all of you to contact me before considering doing business this company. I will also be posting this review of Artistic Kitchens & Baths to the Pinehurst Country Club Member/Member Website so all members can see my review. I also agree whole heartly with Molly T and LM's reviews on this business (Artistic Kitchens & Baths & Mr. John Wilson.
