I wanted to do a "glow up" in my builder grade, powder room. I stopped into Total House + Flooring on a whim just to get some tile ideas. Little did I know that I would be greeted and supported by Scott and then have a full consultation by the owner, Francy a few days later. Both were knowledgeable, passionate and wonderful to work with. They listened to my ideas, made recommendations based on what I had in mind, all without upselling or being pushy. They recommended a tile installer by the name of Antonio. Antonio and his sons were professional, punctual and paid attention to every detail and I am so pleased with their work. I look forward to working with the team at Total House and Flooring on many more projects in my home and will continue to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Additionally, the plumber this company sent to refit fixtures onto a new countertop was subpar and got aggravated when I refused to allow him to put fixtures on the sink that didn't match the other fixtures on the sink (different types of metals).

Kelly Ladouceur was amazing working with us to make sure our vision was met while also balancing our budget. Anyone who has ever redone a kitchen knows scope can creep. She worked with us and our contractors (who were amazing on their own) to put us right where we needed to be.
