My daughter needed a sports physical to try out for sports. We called different places in town, but most physicals ranged from $40-60. We called Affordable Chiropractic and they only charged $30! We called and schedule a same day appointment. The front desk lady was very professional and sweet. We were taken back within a few minutes of our appointment time. The care provided was great. We were done within 10-15 minutes. The owner/chiropractor was nice and professional. The office is older. The equipment is probably outdated. Dr Morris is a very experienced doctor of chiropractic medicine. He was recommended to our family 24 years ago. We still go to him.

Dr. Jack Morris and his wife Sharon, run a good office. They do not accept insurance which keeps their costs down. It is $20 for an adjustment, which is lower than the copay from my insurance policy with none of the hassles. They don't accept messages on their machine either, you call during business hours, make an appointment show up and they see you at your time. There is rarely a wait and it is refreshing to work with such a well run office. Dr. Morris' treatment was different than what I was used to, but it is effective. I like the way Dr. Morris treats problems as they arise instead of trying to get people to come in several times a week, month after month. I appreciate that. Dr. Morris also performs the Bowen Technique. It is similar to acupressure and has been effective in controlling pain. read more

I've gone here for several years and have always been satisfied. However, I had a scheduled appt. on a Monday and sadly suffered a miscarriage that Sunday before. Going to my chiropractor appt. was the last thing on my mind and I forgot to cancel my appointment. When I went to my next appt. I was told I was going to have to pay for my missed appointment (a day after I lost my baby). I get they're running a business but I was a little surprised I still had to pay and how little they seemed to care and almost irritated the receptionist was that I asked for grace on that last appt. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Jack Morris and his wife, Sharon. This review is way overdue. I only wish that I lived closer to them and could see them regularly instead of only when I am on vacation. :-) His treatments work and have staying power. I often have to undergo a 7 hour drive the next day and I still feel great for a long time after seeing him. I took my daughter to see him when she was about 5 months old. She had a problem with what I called "fountain puking." It was more than typical spit up. In the wee hours of the night, almost every night, she would just open her mouth and spew forth everything she had nursed. Her pediatrician had no answers. Dr. Morris diagnosed her in a few short minutes. And then he fixed her. She had a hiatal hernia that her pediatrician had missed. Dr. Morris gently manipulated her and she never fountained again. Not once. Even typical spit up became a rarity. I was so afraid she was going to need reflux medication and all she needed was a few short minutes with Dr. Morris. I take my whole family to see him at every opportunity. It is true that you are asked to turn OFF your phone when you enter the office. We all should probably do that more often anyway. You won't be disappointed. Some reviewers have called them rude. On the contrary, they are quite professional. They have a no-nonsense sensibility, are very busy, and just want to get things done. Anyone who has been yelled at has ignored the MANY signs that delineate the rules of the office. If you treat them with courtesy and respect, you will be treated with the same along with a good dose of friendliness. Don't be a jerk and you will get along just fine. :-) read more

Went in for a visit for my daughters cheerleading physical. Was recommended from our coach. The lady behind the counter was so rude. Very unprofessional. Cell phone rang while in the waiting area and was yelled at to turn off.. Would not recommend. Not worth $20 read more

I dealt with the pain for over a year. Finally someone from work told me about Dr. Morris. I have Kaiser insurance and it doesn't cover chiropractic care. And since physical therapy did nothing for me I had to deal with the pain unless I wanted to pay lots of $$ to see a chiropractor. Dr. Morris charges $20 per visit. He does not accept any insurance. Dr. Morris and his staff are amazing! I first hurt my back 3-4 years ago, working with a 200-lb. machine at work. I called this office and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I filled out the paperwork and waited to be seen by the doctor. I had studied how chiropractors work on the internet, via YouTube, and I was expecting Dr. Morris to put me in a position resembling some weird pretzel to crack my back, neck, etc. NOPE! Dr. Morris uses a much more gentle technique (he explained that cracking your back in those weird positions can be dangerous) and I felt no pain during the procedure. I immediately felt relief and he walked me through exercises I need to do to strengthen my core muscles (abdomen, lower back, etc.). He said to walk around and see how I feel. If I needed further work, to come back, depending on how I felt. During the course of one month, or so, I went 4-5 times and I went from barely being able to walk, sit, or do any other general task with extreme pain to running 3 miles every morning and doing weight lifting with minimum pain! I've recommended my friends and family to Dr. Morris and they've all had excellent experiences. He's a friendly, Christian man with whom you can have a good conversation during the treatment. I'm proud that his office is not afraid to praise Jesus' name! Don't expect any chiropractor to magically take away your pain in one sitting. Dr. Morris only charges $20 per visit and you're in and out within 15-20 minutes per session. He knows what he's doing and he's very efficient. Don't hesitate! Dr. Jack Morris is amazing. I have had great results. Going from having multiple migraines a week to NONE for about 2 years after only 3 visits. Now I go back only when I start having them again and am good for another couple years. Recently I started going in once a month for maintenance because I am always doing something to myself and it is nice to have that standing appointment. At $20 per visit it is SO worth it. He never did any x-rays or anything, but could always tell me exactly what I did before I told him. Crazy...I don't understand how it all works, all I know is that he fixes me.
