One of my issues was having some pain in my ankle. The chiropractor removed my shoe and popped my ankle and I was charged the full adjustment fee just for popping my ankle. That was my first irk. I was set up on a plan where I needed to come three times a week. I completed my prescribed adjustment schedule and as I kept going, I kept mentioning that I had a new pain in my back and it was getting worse with each adjustment and it was not getting better. When I finally had enough of that new pain I quit going and suddenly that pain completely went away. I do not feel that my concerns were addressed and actually made a new problem appear. Other than this big issue, I really did not care for how busy and rushed the office was. Every single worker in that place rushes from place to place and drags you along with them and the whole atmosphere is very anxiety inducing, cold, and it's not relaxing whatsoever. As soon as your adjustment is done, the chiropractor is opening the door calling the next patient in before you've even had a chance to sit up and gather your things to leave. I would leave that place feeling spun every single time. It seems like most people have a good experience here, but I just left with more pain than I went in with and the whole atmosphere was not a pleasant experience. I spent a lot of money there and didn't feel that I received any benefit out of it. I think a lot more time needs to be spent with the patient to address their concerns fully instead of rushing them at every turn. I do feel the chiropractors were nice people, but that alone isn't enough to recommend them.

Being able to go into a whole body chamber allows me to get my neck as well. They give you head phones and let you pick a song. This helped by taking my attention off of the cold. I just danced in the chamber. The 3 minutes was over in no time. Now for the location. It is a little difficult to find. Here is why. It's inside a Chiro office. Even though it's technically a separate business. While all of the other businesses in the park have their name displayed on the sign close to the street and a big sign above their door. She was the only positive part of my experience. I noticed they now have a different nurse doing the Botox injections, Nicholas Prasad, and I could tell right away that he seemed very inexperienced. I have had Botox multiple times before, so I know what to expect, and this experience was nothing like my previous ones. The injections were surprisingly painful -- much more than they should have been. Botox usually feels like a tiny pinch with little to no discomfort, but this was not the case at all. What made the appointment even worse was how uncomfortable and insulting his comments were. He asked what body mist I was wearing, and when I told him Victoria's Secret Pear Glacé, instead of simply saying thank you or moving on, he told me it smelled like what his mother wore when he was a child. Such an odd and unnecessary thing to say. Then, while injecting between my eyebrows, he said, "Oh my God, your skin is so thick," and even added that I had bent the needle because of it. He continued by saying my skin was strange. I cannot express enough how humiliating and uncomfortable that made me feel. As a 40-year-old woman going in for Botox, I am there to feel more confident and better about myself -- not to be criticized and made self-conscious about my appearance while I am literally lying in the chair. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly much worse than when I walked in.
