Rude doctor who needs to be reported to the medical board. My 60 year old father who speaks little English went to see this doctor as ordered by EDD. After driving out and spending less than 5 mins with my father, asking him to do one squat, Dr Graham says "you can go home now I'm done with you". The medical assistant was also interrogating my father as if he was a criminal. Asking what the office name of his chiropractor was that diagnosed his back pain. If you're in the medical field to HELP PEOPLE. Maybe HELP PEOPLE. There's no need to treat people disrespectfully, especially older people who are in pain. If you want to interrogate people and act superior, maybe get into law enforcement. read more

I will say the people at the front were very respectful and helpful yet the doctor was very rude and made comments like " I'm surprised you're still in pain or their are many red flags here " , " you can't possibly still be in discomfort " I don't understand how one can work in a health profession and not have the proper language and professionalism so sad do better Chester. read more

((MUST READ)) I'm an America Union worker and have been for the last 10 years. After injuring my back disability told me in order to continue I had to be examined by their recommended doctor Dr. Graham. I don't think I've ever met a place that made me feel like they genuinely did not care about my health and made me feel as if I was a second class citizen.... I was under the impression Dr.'s genuinely care about people. This "Dr. Graham"seems to be simply hired by the state to almost attempt to intimidate people who are injured to try and cancel their clam to which they have payed into to utilize in time of need due to injury. All he did was ask that I try to touch my toes and squat 1 time. He and his staff then became very dry and started asking me questions almost in an interrogating manner. He then stands in front of with his arms crossed in a condensing manor and stares at me and says "I think it's time you go back to work." He never x-rayed me, test my nerves, checked my spin or anything of that matter. I was taken aside of this whole experience. Please note if you go see this chop shop your primary doctor and or primary chiropractors can over rule this clowns recommendation to the state. And please if you're looking for a Dr. who genuinely cares about people look somewhere else and don't support this business. read more

Call your insurance company before trusting this office to charge you correctly. It may have been a one time mistake with me but the answer I received after letting them know they over charged me seems like they've been used to not being questioned. Also, I only went in three times and always felt like I was in an assembly line of patients, in-crack-out, in-crack-out. The front desk staff is super nice and funny at times, but it really did come down to lost trust. Had I not looked into the insurance coverage matter they would've kept on overcharging me & $40-$50 twice a week is not cheap! read more

Just went in today for my first visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The office was nice and clean. The staff was thorough in listening to my problems and determining what was causing my back pain. The chiropractor did a thorough examination and provided me with excellent care. Been going here for about 11 years, been to several chiropractors before Dr. Graham and none were as good. To sum it up I have crawled or limped in several times and ended up walking out. They also have a wide knowledge about health and wellness. The entire staff is accommodating and professional. I highly recommend. Your whole body deserves it. The negative review from Richard is nonsense. He is right about cost but you get what you pay for. An adjustment with no evaluation and X-rays for example is bad practice. As for lazer treatment I have done this and it has improved my swollen L5. Had a build up and sore wrist got some laser on that and boom wrist 75% better. Chiropractors are not Jesus but over time and with you making life changes to accommodate whatever your suffering from you will get better. There is good chiropractors around and their is bad ones. I went to Graham Chiropractic over the course of a year and I got to say, it was not worth it. I went there because of a neck injury and back spasms I sustained from a past car crash. The first day he was welcoming and asked some questions. But everyday after that he was quick and dismissive. Every time I would ask him about the plan he had for me he wouldn't give any real answers, and every appointment I would feel rushed out the room. Even though most of the pain was in my back he would usually just focus on my neck even after asking him to work on my back. read more

Wanted to send kudos for an exceptional employee, Liliana. My family has been going to Dr. Graham for over 20 years. I am most pleased with Liliana's resourceful/helpful disposition. She helps clients over the phone and in the wait area quite expeditiously in English or Spanish. She explains my billing thoroughly. She does a great job massaging with the machine they use and does deep tissue extremely well. No pain, no gain - so it works. I would just like office personnel that Liliana is an extreme asset to the office and I would hope that she has something to do with any increase in service. It seems busy every time I go. Every time I visit Dr Graham I leave feeling so much better. I have been in pain for the last few years and the pain has continued to increase over the years. I do not want to have surgery and have turned to chiropractic care. The gals in the office are great! They are so attentive to your needs and provide care according to your preference. They should post a sign saying "Suckers welcome" - Dr adds on Laser treatments, ultra sound treatments massage treatments anything to drain money from you. This place is very expensive, and will do everything they can to drain you wallet. Gives Chiropractors a bad name. These people are only after every dime they can get from you. Very little attention to customers. I saw the actual chiropractor for a total of 2 minutes. He did the adjustment and left just as quickly. It seems like they have a system so they can get through as many patients as possible but I wasn't given the attention. Didn't explain the adjustments or anything walked in, knew it was somewhere on the lower back, adjusted, walked out. Terrible service. read more

I have been going to Dr. Graham off and on for 20 years. I trust Dr. Graham over any Doctor. He has such a passion for health and wellness. Often times when I get sick, I call him for advice and he is always happy to help. I consider him a mentor and a friend.
