I love this place and highly recommend!! I've been seeing Dr. Armstrong for months now and have been really impressed with his knowledge and passion for his patients! Even when he's busy he takes the time to truly listen to your complaints and makes every effort to adjust the trouble areas. The office staff, Hazel and Leah are wonderful and always welcoming! I particularly look forward to a few minutes of the massager with Leah to help relax before my adjustment. Plus she always makes me laugh. I've dealt with a lot of back pain over the years and am not the easiest patient to deal with or adjust when my back is hurting. I called after having to leave work in extreme pain and Hazel got me right in. Dr. Armstrong got me adjusted after a few visits and back to being functional. He has offered many suggestions to assist in finding pain relief with my sore muscles and not every chiropractor wants to take the time or effort for that. My only complaint has been the music in the waiting room being a little louder than what I care for, which is aparently controlled by the other office staff they share a space with. However, its small price to pay to get a much needed adjustment. read more

I've never been to a chiropractor, hearing about the horrible stories I stayed away. Until the pain in my back just won't go away. I was usually able to 'work it out' by stretching and using extra pillows, however I knew it was time for help. Honestly, I found this place on Google, and decided to go for it. My first session was amazing. I had no expectations at all and kept an open mind. Dr. A was able to pinpoint 2 areas of frustration and with a couple of great cracks, I was amazed. I never knew how many bones I had in my back and hip until they were cracked. Don't leave out Teo! I almost drooled myself to sleep when she worked on my muscles! I've been to a couple chiropractors over the years. Being a full time student requires a lot of attention to one's spine, since sitting is so damaging over time. I have NEVER had such relief in my muscles and bones as after my visit today. Teo, the on site physical therapist, found half a dozen knots in muscles I didn't even know I had. Armstrong then came in and snapped my entire spine into place in just a few swift movements. Their service is quick, productive, and they don't waste any time. Didnt think chiro would help my long term sciatica that was caused after a non contact football injury. For 2 years i had pain running down my back all the way to my foot. It ate at my daily life. I am a patient at Roseburg chiropractic. I was not impressed with the unprofessional front desk staff when calling in to make my appointment. The staff seemed very "young & flighty". One staff member was even sending a text on her phone while I was standing there in the office at the time of my appointment - waiting to be checked in. They definitely overbooked the doctors schedule that day! The waiting room was packed and I waited almost an hour before they took me back to the exam room, and another 30 mins before Dr. armstrong even saw me. (He spent a total of 15 mins examining me!) Dr. Armstrong seemed distracted and busy, and I felt he rushed me through my appointment. He paid little attention to me when I was detailing out where the pain was, and I felt like he had other things on his mind. I am currently looking for a new chiropractor that accepts my insurance- I suggest you do too. read more

Dr. Armstrong was really nice to me and did fix my problem. This was my first time ever going there. My problem is with the nurse who went over all of my paperwork with me in the exam room. She wouldn't stop talking about how the girl at the front desk lied to her about some apricots. Literally. And she was saying she isn't drama which is what people who start drama say. She was supposed to massage me before Dr. Armstrong came back to adjust me and she didn't! She was literally barely touching me while talking about Jesus and the devil which I found wildly inappropriate. If it wasn't for that girl I would go back to this chiropractor for more work. I've been coming here for about 9 months dr. Armstrong is really really great at what he do he's a very nice person wonderful person to talk to his staff is very polite and no waiting periods once you arrive for your appt very quick and out but the best service ever the massage therapist to it's like a gift from God she has Miracle hands I suffer from degenerative disease and pinched nerves in my neck and lower back problems I've never liked massages before because they usually hurt but since I've met her I go about twice a week I leave there and no pain her technique is so good she really really has a gift that God must have given her I suggest anyone with the same back problems or any neck issues or whatever should really go to this office and see this massage therapist she is got to be one of the best in town when I leave there I need no pain meds at all for at least about 2 days or 3 she relieves all the pain that I have from my neck down to my lower back this woman is the greatest,she is a miracle I love this woman way better than any pain meds that I ever take I really thank you and I'm really glad that I met you and you are my massage therapist thanks read more
