Just want to get straight to the point.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE! I should of never made an appointment with them when I called the lady on the phone put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. Comes back on the line says Roseburg Chiropractic "who is this" umm.. ok, go to my appointment they had me in the waiting room FOREVER! I kept hearing a bunch of commotion after FINALLY IT BEING MY TURN A WHOLE HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME I get brought back by a "WOMEN" who is supposedly a professional licensed massage therapist she comes and has the wrong patient information and takes me back to the front and It's gone all crazy at this point I don't even want to be seen. So anyhow, the "MASSAGE THERAPIST" starts asking me about my personal life, also then starts stating how the doctor and herself are very close, how he would do anything for her. She then says very close very close I know him like the palm of my hand and I control that if you know what I mean. Those were her exact words. Also she smelled nasty like smoke, cigarettes, marijuana whatever but completely disgusting all around. I will not be giving these people my money or time. The doctor comes in and it's just uncomfortable all around he's a dick, very rude and not professional. PEOPLE WATCH OUT FOR THESE FALSE CHRISTIAN WANNA BE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, disturbing conversations coming out of these employees mouths, I was waiting longer to be seen then what it really took for them to see me and send me out my way. Seems more like they just want the money. Oh and she tells me $2.00 a massages when theirs way more high maintenance Chiropractic who offer waaaaaaay more cheaper massage therapy. The lady who was going to charge me for my visit was kind of nice I guess what does it matter when your main employees are unprofessional, sexually inappropriate with clearly staff and patients! I'd give this place NO STARS IF I COULD! MY first visit Dr.Armstrong was nice, as well as my 2nd visit. On my third visit he was being rude to me. He's so weird one day he's extremely sarcastic, seems to always rush through my visits and doesn't say much, there's other visits where he just doesn't shut up with the massage therapist that is always preaching about something as if I came to be preached at, that's what churches are for and unfortunately your god may not be my god, for all you know. How DISRESPECTFUL!!! She also was mentioning how their receptionist Cynthia, the lady up in the front, saying how she doesn't roll with her blah blah blah that she had left a bad review and she'd mess her up if she ever saw her. WOW JUST WOW! I WONDER WHAT THESE ASSHOLES SAY ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS WHEN THEY LEAVE. But long story f*ckin short I have my own personal problems to be listening to others for F sake! Tell it to someone who wants to hear it, nobody ask. Another thing, I come for a massage and I'm asked what I want done like I know what I'm suppose to get... kidding me? TOTAL JOKE! I've been coming here for about 9 months dr. Armstrong is really really great at what he do he's a very nice person wonderful person to talk to his staff is very polite and no waiting periods once you arrive for your appt very quick and out but the best service ever the massage therapist to it's like a gift from God she has Miracle hands I suffer from degenerative disease and pinched nerves in my neck and lower back problems I've never liked massages before because they usually hurt but since I've met her I go about twice a week I leave there and no pain her technique is so good she really really has a gift that God must have given her I suggest anyone with the same back problems or any neck issues or whatever should really go to this office and see this massage therapist she is got to be one of the best in town when I leave there I need no pain meds at all for at least about 2 days or 3 she relieves all the pain that I have from my neck down to my lower back this woman is the greatest,she is a miracle I love this woman way better than any pain meds that I ever take I really thank you and I'm really glad that I met you and you are my massage therapist thanks read more

This place keeps being on top of their game. They have had some issues with the receptionists lately but they seem to have a nice girl up front now. Seems sweet. Juicy P's review is completely false and she probably ought to be careful as her statements are libelous and actionable. while she is clearly using a fake name as is Lola who is an image from google - it is so easy with minimal effort to find out the identities of these people if Dr. Armstrong wanted to devote the time. Sounds like the two of them needs little Jesus in their lives. There is no inappropriate behavior occurring here. I have never had the occasion where either one of these individuals have been anything less than friendly and personable. And you walk out feeling like a new person. Even if Dr. Armstrong isn't available, Dr. Roberts will see me and I'm not his patient. That's service, they never turn me away. That kind of service isn't can't be found these days. Didnt think chiro would help my long term sciatica that was caused after a non contact football injury. For 2 years i had pain running down my back all the way to my foot. It ate at my daily life. It was rough to make it thru a day at work, just driving alone put strain, but it also took time away from being able to run around with my daughter. After my adjustment from dr armstrong i felt like new person immediately! I can now move with confidence! I feel like me again. I love this place. I love the family feeling i get when i walked in the door. They actully take the time out to listen to where your pain is and Dr.Armstrong is a great person his soft touch gets the job done. Alway see me when its my appt time, i never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Anne alway make sure i have my appts and reminders.
