I told him my property, he ran numbers, crossed referenced homes, checked dates of assessments, and did all kinds of razzle dazzles for me. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable, HONEST, helpful and kind. He did all of that, and I didn't have to pay him anything. Why didn't I have to pay? Because, he cares about people. He knows that pimpin ain't easy. He went above and beyond, what I can imagine anyone else doing. I can't imagine what he would do for paying customers. Mark my word, he is the "go to" appraiser, when and if you need an appraisal. This is who you would want on your side. During our call he let me know he didn't think he could meet my timing requirements, but he spent a good 17 minutes letting me know how to properly look for a good inspector. Being a first time homebuyer, all of the information he provided was very useful in my search. He was honest and thorough in his explanations even though it already had been decided we would not be working together. For all practical purposes, he should've walked away yet he stayed and helped me. The only reason I'm giving him a five star review is a 10 story review is not available. The vents were clogged with cat fur back to the unit. The cat had urinated into the vent to the point of someone had rushed through. I would not have blamed him if he had to decline the job. He had to use full protective gear and I really feel sorry for him, but he did the job professionally. I will call him again for additional work. You cannot go wrong hiring this company..
