I just want to say, I have dealt with 3 different bonding companies in athens over the last 10years…read more& I have NEVER been treated the way I was by this company, or had someone willing to go ABOVE & BEYOND to do what Frank at Aarrons Bonding did for me. I called Aarons bonding at 2am two nights ago after my husband was pulled over and taken to Jail over a small mistameanor traffic violation. This Man got out of his bed, called me back several times just to let me know what was going on (when he was booked, exact charges & bond amount). He even called me, with my husband on the line so they could find out if I had came up with all the money, and to let me talk to my husband. He eventually went to the jail, worked out something with my husband & I, and then... brought my husband home from the Jail. I have never, ever had someone go through what Frank did for me.. usually you get treated pretty crappy just for the fact, its your friend or loves one in jail.. he didnt, he treated us like we were part of his own family. I never bother even writing reviews on companies, but I knew I had to on this one! This Man was truly a Godsend the other night. I was so stressed to the point of tears, and he told me not to worry, he would be out in no time. He didnt have to work anything out with us, he most def. didnt have to bring my husband all the way home.. but he did! I will forever refer this company, and if the need ever be again (God forbid it where) but if it were, anytime I need a bondsman for any reason at all... aarons bonding has made lifelong customers from me & my family! Having said that, Aaron bonding company is excellent to work with and I would tell anyone who gets in trouble in Athens to use these guys. My awesome lawyer Matt Karzen (for real he's great) suggested them which was a plus and then I called a couple different guys and found Aaron the most straightforward. I had to turn myself in so the bondsamn (Big guy probably 50 and a big UGA fan) met me at the jail. He sat with me and joked about my charges and made me feel comfortable until I had to go in for an hour. He waited the whole time in the lobby and held me keys, wallet and cell phone. Afterwards he took me to his truck and gave me a t shirt and a keychain. He made a bad experience ok and charged me the right price. Use the guys and no one else in Athens.

I am so so so grateful he took the time to educate me so I could make an informed decision, and that he was truthful and forthcoming in how it all works. Ive never had to do this before and I was such a bundle of dreadful nerves and tears and hopelessness. I know I must have called 4-5 times speaking to both husband and wife in an effort to find a solution. They went out on faith and worked with me when they could've easily denied me. Mr. and Mrs. Waits offer a title pawn services at this location and allowed me to use our title as security. They even covered the bond fee that I couldn't afford and allowed me to basically create my own payment plan in installments so I could afford this. They were gracious, professional, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, expedient and were not even the slightest bit condescending towards me during one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. As a matter of fact, as they were walking me though the whole process and clarifying as we went, they were both very reassuring that this would NOT be the end of the world for either of us, that I should absolutely NOT equate myself to the decisions of those I love, and that opinions held by other people in our little busy-body small-town are NOT definitive of our personal character. People make mistakes, were only human. It truly renewed my spirit to have had the time to speak with them and I am eternally grateful. It was like having a super supportive family member or very close friend. It was a ton of paperwork and the entire process took several hours to complete...although from my research that seems to be the norm, and also perhaps my situation in particular was just a pain and more involved than most...but when I tell you the folks are gold, I won't do business else where and they have got my recommendation for life.
