James "Pedro" Owen, the owner of this company is, as with his staff, very rude and unprofessional. This company will NOT assist you if you are out of state, and will intercept your wanting to pay the jail directly so they can make money. I have been advised that Amy Cox, the agent who assisted me, is no longer with the company one day....and the next, they are saying she is. I have gotten hung up on, called a liar, and even refused my money. A credit card was used and they are stating that it will take one month to refund it, even though they claimed it would be released the same day as my disposition during the initial release. They are very rude, including Natasha Young who I think was the second person to answer after the first one hungup and kept picking up the phone and hanging up no matter what number I called from. If you try to complain about them, their service, their process, their company, anything that does align with their beliefs, you get accused of harassment and threatened with legal action. They will do anything to delay you receipt of your money, to include attempting to black male you. I have now been advised that the money will not be returned until I write a letter of apology for my review and ratings, and delete my comments which are honest and accurate to my experience. According to their website, they encourage feedback regarding the experience. So this is a slap in the face and a violation of several constitutional writes to include freedom of speech. I received a 1000.00 speeding ticket in the state of GA, for traveling just above 10 miles over the speed limit. The combination of the speeding ticket and reckless driving, were enough to have me placed under arrest.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, even though 9 times out of 10, you wont have a choice. They say you can pay the jail directly, but by directly they still mean through the bonding company. I think even staying in jail may be better than working with these rude people. read more
