Between the mixed reviews and the lack of communication from the staf I really thought we might get scammed out of our money or something but everything ended up being absolutely PERFECT! I'm so glad I took the risk and I was very grateful for my experience. The photos came out great and our ceremony was so perfect and intimate. We chose this company because it was affordable, the had a special going for the tiki parasol package. We wanted to elope but wanted an intimate beach ceremony. We requested a sunset wedding and the timing they accommodated us with was perfect. There ended up being two photographers who captured lots of different angles. They took so many photos my jaws hurt from smiling (lol) but I was very thankful for them all later. I must also mention I opted out of the silk bouquet and created my own because they didn't offer sunflowers. I will say there are two items from the package I never received: Personalized keepsake copy of vows Personalized keepsake marriage certificate Other than that I had a great experience and was able to get digital copies of all my photos for $99 (300+ photos, the package only included 75) If you want something small and intimate this is the way to go. If you want a big beach wedding you might not get what you expect from them... ever heard of you get what you pay for? For my upcoming wedding. I called the number on the site where Nancy Muro is listed as the Owner. She sent me a phone number to whom she stated was the coordinator and could help me further. That man was Armando Rodriguez. A bogus contract was drew up, deposit made, installments and final payment made. I called Armandos phone number and it's not in service! I immediately contacted the same number who is Nancy Muro who claimed that she had no record of my date, name or payments. She claimed to not speak to Armando in a 1 5 years. She conveniently offered services but in another location and not exactly what we paid for due to having another obligation. She also stated that I wasn't the 1st bride who'd contacted her on his behalf with same issue. However, there are reviews dated within This year that us under her listed business name! 1) I planned this wedding for sunrise approx 2 months prior to the date I requested. I purchase the package that had tikis and it was on sale. Legit the whole package for the wedding cost me ~500 all in. 2) I brought my own pastor for sentimental purposes so can't speak to this 3) Luis and Ilse photographed. THEY MADE MY DAY. Request them at all costs. They are husband and wife so they helped my husband feel comfortable about how to do some of the poses for the photos. I requested some specific shots the night before the wedding and they were incredible. I also had a few guests arrive late and they took photos first and didn't mind the delay. Very very disappointed with their service. They do not communicate clearly and Nancy becomes rude when you ask for explanation. I contacted Nancy for my beach wedding in June. The important point for me was the decoration. She asked me what I wanted so I picked a picture from their Facebook page (a very nice blue decorated arch). I paid $500 for the arch only and what I got was cheap and far from what we agreed on (see picture). DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! We hired them in January for a June wedding. Gave a deposit of half at that point and was told 2 months prior to the ceremony we would need to pay the balance. In March I had some questions and was told that we were past due on the balance and would need to pay immediately. No sweat, we just paid it. Early on with Armando we were told that he would find a backup location in case weather conditions wouldn't allow for a ceremony on the beach and it would cost us $500.00 to secure that. In May, I reached out to him in regard to the backup and was told that I should find one myself. We are now 30 days away and I have to run and find a backup location. This as it turns out was not an easy task. With all the stress of planning for the reception, dealing with the quest list, my wife with her dress, me with my suit I now have the added pressure of finding a backup location. Luckly I was able to find a perfect place. Ladies and gentlemen, we now come to the good part. The day before the wedding my wife and I receive a text from the photographer and the officiant asking if we have decided on whether we wanted to do the beach or the back up and we needed to have a decision by noon. The ceremony was scheduled for 6:30pm. I reached out to Armando to see if he could possibly allow me more time as the weather was some rain and some sun. His response was absolutely not. I was not particularly happy with that and pleaded with him. He said his people were 3 hours away and needed to set up. I said, how was I supposed to know that, his response was "it was none of my business". Thats right folks, that was his response. That upset me and responded with "that's how you talk to your customers?" He then told me to close my mouth, or he would cancel the ceremony and refund my money. Again, this is the morning before. It took everything in my soul not to tell him exactly what I wanted to say at that moment, but I had to eat it as to not ruin the day my wife has been dreaming of. I was married by Luis on June 2nd, and he was very accommodating due to the fact I left my license at home and said I could mail it in. My happiness soon turned to dissatisfaction when I received my license returned to sender and I resent it to the address via certified mail. I called the number on file only to be finally answered via text message and was provided with false information. The young ladies husband then called my phone and cursed at me calling me a fucking idiot when I asked for the officiant to call me the next business day. Everything seemed great until the day of the wedding, 3 hours before our wedding was going to start I get a text from Armando that he will not be able to put up the chandeliers that he promised me he could put up with no problem. But that wasn't even the end of it, I then find out that the 500 feet of bistro lighting he also promised me was only 4 puny poles around a 20x20 dance floor with hideous sand bags totally visible. I then proceeded calling Armando to ask what is going on and he tells me that, it looks "beautiful" and there's nothing he can do because he's too far away. So the bottom line is he told me I'm screwed for hiring him and my wedding is going to look a hot mess because of his inexperience and lack of professionalism. Mind you that I hired him almost a year before my wedding and went to the venue with him to talk about how he was planning to do everything and he told me without any doubt it was possible (He has even done weddings there before so he was even more familiar with the venue). Armando was extremely unprofessional with me and my wedding coordinator. He hung up on my coordinator and when I called him, he told me to stop calling him and that he would refund me my money but would not make any attempt to salvage my wedding. If you want someone who could careless about you and your wedding then please feel free to hire him but don't be surprised when he doesn't come through AT ALL! Thankfully we were able to hire someone else which was a miracle on such short notice and they saved the day! Armando did refund us our money but that was not my concern the DAY OF MY WEDDING! He caused me unnecessary stress the day of my wedding and I wish I could go back and do it all over again by NOT hiring him! I want to make sure no other bride has to go through what I went through. 3 months ago I called to book my beach wedding for August 12th. I was a little hesitant because it was online and out of state BUT so glad I took the leap of faith because my wedding was perfect! Luis the officiant and Ilse the photographer were a dynamic duo and made my day so special. They work so well together creating and capturing special moments throughout the ceremony! I loved how the officiant allowed my guests to offer words of encouragement and made sure we were satisfied with their services. I most definitely recommend booking through them because everyone was polite and professional. They set up and clean up, you just show up. It is on a public beach so expect some spectators but hubby and I weren't bothered because we were so in tuned with each other! The one star I give this company is for the two that made this day special, your photographer Kellie Leferver and your officiant Roly. Amazing people with great hearts and you can tell they love their jobs and are passionate about it. The rest of the operation is poor to say it kindly. Once I paid for my wedding it was zero communication until I asked two weeks out why I had not been contacted as I was told I would be. When I questioned this Nancy answered my emails one worded and claimed later, it was because they were busy with weddings for the weekend. I kindly asked, when would be a better time to contact them. Monday. was the email I received back. On Monday I emailed and called. When I told them in an email that I tried calling to speak to them about my wedding, (that at this point was 12 days away) they told me I had to make an appointment to speak to them on the phone. I said I don't mind but I had asked Saturday (14 days out) when the best day was to speak and was told today. Then I tried calling Armando who told me I could call anytime. I was beyond frustrated at this point and wanted him to know my concerns that I had absolutely NO IDEA what was even happening for my day. When I called he kept interrupting me where I told him I wanted to express my concerns. He called me a liar and told me that I needed to just trust they know what they are doing and that his company is the best of the best. Yet I have had little to no communication up to this point how would any bride feel. At this point, I added my fiance' to the call. Once Armando realized that my fiance' was on the phone he changed how he talked to me claiming that he was just trying to calm my nerves. When my fiance' asked why he called me a liar Armando told him I just call a spade a spade. WHAT?! This is your customer and I myself am in an industry where you make the customer happy and calm them, not talk down to them. At this point I can't get my money back so I have to ride this out. After the conversation, I get a little more communication and feel semi-good about the wedding but still have no clue if this works out or not. The day before the ceremony I receive a text at 11:30 pm saying they have changed the location a little down the beach and was promised that my 4:30 pm wedding was a "sunset wedding" as requested. We all arrive and the wedding itself was perfect. Roly, as mentioned above was kind and a beautiful speaker. Kellie did her job as best as she could with the sun right in our faces. Now I have beautiful pictures with squinting eyes because of the sun. I'm highly dissatisfied with the service I received from such a "repeatable" company. Yes, they had everything ready to go, which I appreciated, but when you are over a thousand miles away communication is key. My wife and I were beyond thrilled with our experience. We were married in Siesta Key on 7/9/2019 by Yesenia and photographed by Robin. The weather was nasty and rainy all day and we were concerned that the simple beach wedding we were looking forward to would need to be held indoors at our Plan B site. Yesenia remained optimistic and didn't give up on us! She could have easily made the call that the weather was not going to cooperate and saved herself the trip out considering the torrential downpours that had been occurring for 90% of the day. Instead she packed up her vehicle, headed out to the site, and kept us updated on the weather and outlook for our evening wedding. Yesenia advised us there looked to be a window in which the weather could be clearing and that if we still wanted to be married on the beach, that we could do it when the weather cleared, whether that was before or after our time slot. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and to give us what we wanted! The weather did break as soon as we got to Siesta Key and we were able to be married without another raindrop falling. The photographer they chose for us was excellent and just as optimistic and accommodating as Yesenia. Choosing to use this company for our wedding was really one of the best decisions we could have made and we are very thankful for Yesenia and Robin for the beautiful memories we will have of that day! read more

All the while knowing that both the bride and groom were military and there was no way possible to re-schedule their destination wedding. I would not recommend the service and regret having done my wedding with the company. You get what you pay for. You can never get someone to answer your call, only correspondence I had was via txt msg or email which should have been a red flag. I got to the place where I was told and had to walk another half mile only to find there were 2 other weddings at the same time right next to mine and they set me up in the SUN. The box I sent with favors, water and fans for my guests were left in the BOX and my husband told that was not allowed. The boom box to play music not allowed either. I absolutely hate my photos, they don't look professional at all. As a matter of fact I had to pay a photographer to retake photos. Susie who was the only one to contact me was supposed to be the officiant turned out to be the photographer. I wish there was more attention to detail, and compassion from the owners after all this is a once in a lifetime event, I can't "re do" my wedding/ my day and it's sad how bad I feel about the whole experience. Look for someone who will actually talk to you, and listen to what you want and help you thru the process. My day was ruined and I cry every time I remember how awful it was ! When our concerns were expressed she only told us how many other people wanted our date and she would refund our money instead of resolving the wedding site.
