They sent me an upper cabinet in place of a lower cabinet and I was told that we would need to build a base for it, while this may seem like a perfect solution to them, the cabinet they sent was 3 inches too small, Cabinets To Go graciously charged me another $360 dollars for the correct bottom cabinet and to fix their error they allowed me to keep the incorrect one. This entire time the final cabinet has been on back order and it just finally arrived, however we need two filler boards in order to install it properly and for it to be aesthetically correct. Cabinets To Go has again graciously offered to sell me two one inch wide boards for a total of $99. At what point do they accept responsibility for their errors, I sincerely hope it is soon.

We dealt with a gentleman by the name of "John Corapi" of Green Art. As a former contractor, John was extremely proficient in all facets of bathroom design. His ideas were creative and he knows the product line very well. We never felt pressured into spending outside of our budget. He was communicative throughout the process of ordering to delivery. When we realized one of the faucet kits was missing a part, Greenart's post-sale service effort was pathetically poor and indifferent. Thanks to the kind (and gratis) efforts of two other plumbing supply businesses we obtained the part and completed the project. In my view, once Green Art has made the sale you are on your own. Lin set up the appointment, Michelle came over to price out the job and take measurements and design the layout and Mr. Xeno and his crew did the work. Amazing people and amazing results! Lin keeps all the details straight, she's organized and smart. Michelle is the kitchen and design whisperer, with subtle suggestions on color, design and layout even when we changed things around multiple times. Then Zeno and his crew - Argentina, Socrates, Brian, Luis - neat, efficient and respectful of our home. So nice. Plus when our scope creeped to include a new foyer, staircase, master suite, roof repair AND wallpaper install - they took it all in stride and finished all of it in under 5 weeks. Shout out to Socrates who finessed the paint on the walls and the stain on the new staircase.
