My property was a mess. I have my own power washer, but it would take me a year to do this job myself. 2. Patrick, the owner, is totally hands on, and has very good attention to detail. I heard him tell the guys, "watch out for the flowers". Very careful yet thorough. They washed my driveway, Belgian blocks, brick front walk, back patio and outdoor fireplace, grill, patio walls, and garage roof. They even washed my sons lacrosse back pitch that was covered in mold. 3. Finished job AHEAD of schedule. I thought it was going to take several days, and they finished in less than two days. When they finally came and made a template of my vanity top, we agreed on material, thickness and edge style. Confirmed everything. Two weeks later he shows up and installs the top with my wife home, she pays him and I get home to find it's the wrong edge, and half the thickness we agreed upon. Then our plumber tells us that they also cut the hole in the top wrong and our sink can't be installed properly. When we called the owner he told me that my wife accepted it when he delivered it, so there's nothing I can do. As if she should know that he delivered the wrong piece and charged us for the much more expensive one I ordered. This guy is horrible. Horrible ethics, horrible attitude, and totally screwed us over. We paid him for a 1 inch thick marble top with an ogee edge and got a 1/2 inch thick marble top with a polished edge and a defective cut so our sink is not sturdy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE unless you like getting screwed... I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

I called a few concrete companies to replace the concrete and Eddie from Jen-El Construction was the first person to arrive. We decided to use Jenel because they had replaced the sidewalks throughout our neighborhood and they did excellent work then. we had a good feeling from Eddie. He said we wouldn't have to wait too long. He also gave us what seemed like a great price. (We had other estimates lined up for the next week and we kept those appointments anyway, just in case.) We also needed two sidewalk slabs & had 2 basement window wells that came out way too far and made it hard to walk between the side of the house and a neighbor's fence. Eddie suggested narrowing them and filling them with drainage stones. He was the first to give us an estimate and the best price. Right from the get-go, we could tell we were going to go with Jen-El. We got the other estimates anyway, just in case, but there really was no need. Eddie is great--he's a man of his word and communicated with us so we always knew when the crew was coming and what to expect. He and all his crew worked like a well-oiled machine! Our job was done perfectly in 2 days. (Also, while all the other contractors we had called said there would be a 4 to 8 week delay due to covid , Jen-El got the job done within 11 days of our first contact with Eddie. We're perfectly happy with their work and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Eddie and the whole crew are nice, hard working, wonderful people!
