I made my returns a bit complicated on my end and I was told, "we'll be here all day" with a warm chuckle. The female owner from whom I remember years ago was kind and asked if I needed any help lol. I wish this was within my route of going to UPS as I feel I would always have a good giggle and leave with a good mood. All of the UPS staff are attentive and nice but the Baring Blvd- UPS location is truly one of a kind!

When I checked my records, there were checks sent to Machabee that were never cashed. Why this business would call someone who I was trying to buy equipment from to let them know I was behind by seven months without speaking to me is beyond me. Even the manufacturer said this never happens, and that the guy calling them was rude and pushy. My recommendation? Do not use this business for any reason. Unethical to say the least.

A few weeks ago the driver did not leave the item on the patio although instructed to do so via the signage on the door. Every other carrier does this, they read, they care, they deliver. I have an unclear pic showing they left it at a door but no number nor does the signage show. I am now getting ready to go to small claims against them. They are the only consistently unreliable delivery service I have ever used.
