He was very hospitable, offering us drinks and snacks and he asked what my desires were and he gave me just a small little tit bit of information. As I started looking through the showroom, every so often and often enough, Jesus came and asked, " any ideas what are you thinking about" when I discussed and advised him of what I was looking for, he gave me so much insight about comfort levels of a sofa and a bed. The options for colors, advised if I changed colors from what they already had, how long it would take it to be delivered. This was far before I even made a decision. I was never pressured to make a decision, one way or another. In fact, shopping for a new mattress Jesus was very patient. He allowed me to check and check and triple check what decision I needed to make. He constantly advised me that there was no rush to make a decision. He was not a sales person at all. He was like a best friend in a showroom that knew about the furniture and wanted me to make the best decision, there was no pressure with Jesus. Jesus is not a salesman. He's a people person. He definitely catered to every single need every single concern down to the point of every dollar that I spent it, how it would be invoiced and what would happen. He discussed additional financing options, although I came in with my own financing Jesus was just absolutely terrific. I recommend anybody going into this Mor furniture location on Los Altos in Sparks. Ask for Jesus, he won't be a sales salesman, he's gonna be your friend and when I say your friend, he's not pushy he never said that's not a good decision to persuade your decision. He's giving you all the options based on your decision and desires. He never said anything negative. He always said I want you to make the best decision Cheryn, so I'm telling you all of the details regarding this mattress, that mattress, this cooling system the firmness, the material, the color, the pricing Jesus is phenomenal. That's all I can say. Go in there and check it out. The location offers a lot of options but Jesus is the person that will assist like you are family! Not once did he make me feel rushed or convince me to male any decisions! All staff was nice and engaging and it never felt like I was being sold furniture, it was an afternoon of a relaxed shopping experience. Jesus is a gem!

We were on a mission to find a second couch and coffee table for our new home. They have a very large assortment of couches, dining tables, coffee tables and beds. Even outdoor patio furniture which is awesome. You will also find bedroom sets (dressers, nightstand etc.,) they have a huge variety of material and types (leather, cloth etc.,) so whatever you are looking for you are most likely going to find. We were originally greeting by a very nice lady (I forget her name) who smiled and was eager to help and then later worked with Mani who has amazing customer service and only wants to make you happy. In the end we chose a couch and loveseat which came with the pillows as well as a great coffee table that included two small seats which fit underneath the piece. Mani was able to hold them for us for a week while we secured a truck with a 15% deposit. (They do deliver but my boyfriend and I prefer to self deliver). After a weeks time we went back to the store with our trucks and Mani finished up our purchase. He was very pleasant and professional and full of smiles - you can tell they genuinely care about you. We went around back where two gentleman loaded up our purchases and we were on our way! In an out in under 15 minutes. Five stars!

In the last year, we have got a bedroom set and looking at a couch right now. Local biz with low…read moreoverhead due to minimal staff and industrial location with small showroom. They have some items in the small warehouse and then a catalog to look at the rest. The turnaround time is fairly quick, within a week or so to get your order. When it comes in, you come by the warehouse and load it up and take it home. The quality is pretty good and looks like it does , if not a little better, in person vs catalog. I'd say quality and style is mid range. Price is pretty decent. Tim is easy to work with and has made it a pleasant enough experience to continue shopping there, especially if you aren't the type to enjoy going to ten furniture stores to shop around. There is all sorts of furniture from living to outdoor. Updated as of June 2020: I thought I already posted this but I guess I forgot to finish. We have since got a couch and had ordered a guest bed. The couch is nice and Tim helped us design the pieces to fit our space. When they arrived less than two weeks after ordering, we got them home and found one sectional piece brackets not matching with the rest. We held on to the piece while Tim contacted the manufacturer. Another two weeks perhaps and the corrected piece arrived. Tim just let us keep the spare piece and we went and collected the last sectional piece, which had the correct bracket to match it with the other pieces. While we were picking up our couch piece l, we found a very reasonable and cute guest bed and nightstand. Put in an order to find out a week or two later that it still wasn't available, which happens sometimes because the business relies on manufacturer direct shipments and we were in the middle of the covid crisis. We waited a week or so more to see if it might become available. Unfortunately, there was no date as to when or if the manufacturer would have it available so we cancelled our order and requested a refund. Tim refunded us right away with no questions asked. We will continue to do as much business as we can with him and appreciate him always helping us out.
