My Dad was a custom home builder and used JFive for all his homes. After moving to Frisco, I contacted JFive and we were thrilled that they would come to our 'new' 18 year old home in Hunters Creek. Done!!! We've got several updates completed and more to come for this home - and JFive is helping us with all our electrical needs! A+++

I used this company to have 2 ethernet cables run from my tech closet to different parts of my…read morehouse. The first time they came out, the tech ran the wire, but balked when I asked if he could put ethernet plugs on the wire. With low-voltage wiring, what good would it do for me to have ethernet run if there were no plugs?? After a call to his boss, he did put the ends on; the first time it failed, and he had to return to the house to fix it. Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.

WOW!!!!! In life…read morethese days Customer service these days is definitely not always great......But not at BreakerPro. Our power was at risk of being out for 4 days straight, and Evelyn their CS rep went above and beyond to make sure all avenues were looked at to get our power back on. Even when my landlord wouldn't! Thanks to Evelyn we were able to get power back on next days and without her would have been in a really unfortunate situation. Can't say enough good things about Evelyn and her customer service. Good to know there are still great people out there willing to go the extra mile to help those in need.

Great - Helped us out in an emergency, and did an extremely good job too. Highly recommended.read more

Terrible customer service, left a pipe exposed and half ass…read morefilled up the line they dug, lied about having to come back to finish trench after their trench digger supposedly broke( the trench was already finished I saw it with my own eyes they already put pipe sprinkler heads and "filled" it back in. Moved pallet stack without asking breaking it.( I don't care about the pallets but verry unprofessiona) And the owner was on site so it's not just a bad employee. Do not spend your money on these unprofessional lying people, (and I'm sure the reason they are so mad is because they had to get another permit that came out of their pocket so they just want to get the job done with and not loose more money) Yall should be disappointed in yourselves. We have purchased 2 tractors in 3-5 years from them and yes, they had world class customer service on those days. Both tractors are paid off but we had to get some repairs on both of them due to mice damaging the wiring. The first time, 5100.00 cash was given to them for repairing the first tractor. The second tractor was damaged a few days after picking up the first tractor. anyways, the service was trash when the 5k was handed to them the first time. and the 2nd time hand them over 1300.00, don't get me wrong, I didn't want to take the 2nd tractor to them, but time was of the essence and distance was a key determination, so I took it back with regret and thought well, maybe they had a bad day or whatever the first time, seems like everyday I've went there they had a bad day. I wasn't expecting a red carpet roll out by any means, but at this point the minimum customer service skills could've been used. They pride themselves about 60 years of excellent service and I did not see it and they sure as hell didn't show it. to keep this semi short, I will say that I will never refer them at the Decalb location or any other location thats attached to their name. I wouldn't give them a penny i found on the ground and will definitely drive the extra miles for better service even if it is more expensive...
