I'm guessing she's competent if she's paying attention - whether that's determined by how much you pay or her schedule I don't know. She gave me some generic information I already knew, and then said something that indicated she was not listening and I corrected her about the facts of my case - not rudely, but I wanted to make sure she understood the facts. But she seemed to feel it necessary to do some tic for tat when I said I didn't understand something. She said she already explained that - well I'm not a lawyer, so explain it again, and the context was different I felt when she a term again. The whole thing was a joke to me. I don't think she dumb, but she's either trying to get every dollar she can and is overscheduled or she doesn't care about my case because it wasn't important enough or wouldn't earn her enough money, She was really rude - like I was doing her some favor. She was just really aggressive and angry at different points. There wasn't any "Sorry I got held up," which I didn't need if she had listened and was prepared.
