As with most dental clinics, they're pretty good at calling and reminding you a few days before your appointment Went here during the busy Christmas holidays, and surprisingly, had an opening for me. Explained my problem with a minor toothache, and the dentist made herself sound good but only charging a partial examination of that tooth, instead of the more expensive comprehensive full xray....so far so good... but during the filling action, not until she was finished, that she charged me an additional cavity underneath my old filling...well, not so good, considering they knew I didn't have much $ left for 2014 year lol. doubt I will be back, it'll be nice to be told in advance... But she's nice and competent. For those who want the latest in comfort, this isn't the place as the waiting area is extremely tiny, just 2 seats, a foot away from the counter. It's a small dentistry, 2 other chairs. located on the outside wall of Richmond Centre mall, facing the parking lot, between Tim Horton's and White Spot but not a mall entrance. read more

No one likes to go to the dentist but I always walk out with a smile on my face. I've been going for over a year now Gayle and the other ladies up front are so sweet and helpful. My dentist Reza is a very skilled and compassionate guy and he loves heavy metal and star wars. You gotta love a guy like that!!!. The hygienist is cute and super sweet too. I am so glad we make the trip to Richmond to see them, it is very well worth it! I guess the only downside is that they don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese so if you are looking for a dentist that speaks those languages you may have to pass. I do believe they speak other languages so call and inquire first. read more

I've revisited the clinic a few times since my last review to give the benefit of the doubt, and I must say the dentists and staff I have come across since have been very helpful, responsible and thoughtful. I am glad to see that it is operated by people who genuinely care for others and don't treat their clients as another number. Keep up the good work!! read more

The dentists and hygienist are okay, the receptionist on the other hand, rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional - I don't think it's necessary to compare your oral health or your kid's oral health in the country where you came from, basically she was saying that people in the Philippines have poor oral hygiene, or at least she does cause she's Filipina too I believe. Either way, unnecessary comments from a receptionist is bad for business. Cancelled my appointment and transferred my business somewhere else. read more

I have been going so far to Affinity Dental since beginning of 2016. I have found more than a good dentist, who is knowledgeable in their field and friendly, but also staff who excel in their roles and put you at peace whenever you're in doubt of a dental procedure, that is cleaning, surgery or extraction. They are very good at what they do and considerate about your budget, like I was a student and they gave me 20% discount, also they offer instalment payments if needed. Definitely I will go back and referred this clinic to my network for I have found a group of people who treat you like family as part of their job. read more
