There has been dead silence in terms of email reply. Nothing whatsoever. My dad is not fluent in English thus timid to communicate. I would have just paid a visit and stand in front of the staff until a document is produced if not being remote. This really damages trust. They respond to any revenue generating activities such as booking appointments, other than that, they care nothing about how money comes from you and have no interest to assist.

My first temporary for my first implant was so nice, right in front, it could have remained as the permanent tooth. He since has started sending them out to be done by someone else, but I think Dr. Khodadadi does a better job on doing the tooth himself. He is a perfectionist and that is important when it comes to your teeth. I would have made him our permanent dentist if he were in the USA. Very disappointed I could not do that. Our coverage does not apply in Canada. Due to covid, we cannot go into Canada anymore. If you do live there or meet the restrictions, I highly recommend his office for all your dental needs.

I could tell they were excited to see my progress and everyone was so genuinely enthusiastic in congratulating me when I had finished - it was really nice! The clinic itself is clean and comfortable and staff are warm and welcoming. Kim at reception is very organized and quick to reply to e-mails which seems like a small thing but is very appreciated. E-mail reminders are sent about upcoming appointments as well which I really like. I like that they offer small comforts to those with anxiety about dentistry: they have blankets if you're cold, headphones to watch and listen to the in-ceiling televisions and they explain everything they're doing during procedures which helps to put you at ease. (Shoutout to Nafisah who is so sweet and awesome at her job!) Going to the dentist is not generally a comfortable thing to do but I've suffered through uncomfortable experiences elsewhere in the past so I am quite happy going to my appointments here where I don't feel anxious at all. Details really make a difference and you can tell Dr. Liang has put a lot of thought into guest experience and comfort. A COVID-19 health questionnaire is sent to you prior to your appointment and on the day you arrive at the office you wait outside until they bring you inside for a temperature check and sanitizer before being led to a room.

Over the years some small cavities but they have been dealt with very effectively and with no pain. It isn't the cheapest option for dentist but I am reluctant to change because of the level of service they provide. The tv's are fun to watch and so is picking from the Treasure Chest after my appointments.
