Called my supposed agent Banacek Baltazar (3300 County Rd 10 4001, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429) to get a quote. Didn't call me back. Called the next day, as I was getting quotes from other agencies. No return call. I ended up calling 4 days in a row. Imagine if I needed to make a claim! The 5th call was to tell him that he lost my business with progressive, and that I would be cancelling my insurance with them and telling them exactly why. I don't know why, but I honestly thought that might get a call of apology or explanation. Nope. I have never heard from the dude. My agent. Great representation, Progressive. I'm glad I never had an accident or had to get ahold of anyone in an emergency situation. I seriously wish I could give as many stars as Banacek Baltazar gave f***s about me, or as many calls as he returned...zero. Zero calls. Zero f***s. Yeah...can't recommend.

When I called claims to follow up on the status, I was provided with totally different issue and procedures than provided during the initial phone contacts. As my assigned claim adjuster was not available, I was referred to other adjusters (who were unable to locate any information on my claim in their system and were unable to help me). Both adjusters who were unable to assist me with my claim, put me on hold for 10 minutes and both disconnected my call (didn't even call me back). I spoke with a claims supervisor, M. McCready who still was not able to assist me and just wanted to refer me back to the claim adjuster who was clueless on how to handle my claim. All this frustration after they cranked up my rates after only using their roadside assistance. Thinking of going back to Allstate.
