We have been dealing with State Farm since August of 2024 for Hail Damage to our roof - our Agent…read moreis good However the Adjusters are Crap and Incompetent and tells all the Contractors who have 40+ experience that they are wrong and don't know how to do their Job and thinks they can only replace certain shingles and the shingles don't match and the State Farm guys said that's ok the Lighter shingles will fade to darker and it will Match. They are the worst company ever and we have been with them for 23 years and this is are second claim we had to file and the latest State Farm person who came out said Waconia never had hail come through even though we had hail and a Tornado come through, they send people from California and refuse to climb up and look at the shingles and thinks she can see everything from the yard and wouldn't look at the Video they requested our Contractor do showing him trying to remove the shingles without recking them which can not be done and she told our Contractor well a Good Contractor would know how to do that. Please NEVER go through ANY State Farm Agency they will screw you over but take your money

Had a storm come through Waconia in late spring hail the size of golf balls no exaggeration I will spare everyone the details let's just say Nate has no pull what so ever with corporate, we pay him to work for us when time of need comes. It's a dog a pony show for Nate. And when you question him on anything he gets very defensive which tells me he cowards to the Corporate goons. Nate yelled at me on the phone now I ask you is this a sign of an agent you want working for you? I wish I could share all the bull he has defended State Farm with I would love to share more!
