But I had an issue with the lady upfront this past Monday at around noon. I had a denture made and I was told to stop by if I needed to get it adjusted more. I did need to get the dentures adjusted a few days later, which was expected. Unfortunately the lady upfront would not allow me to see any dental staff because I had to make an appointment. I told her what my dentist said and she said too bad. I could not wait anymore days because of the discomfort of my new dentures. She would not cooperate but I was persistent. She mentioned that I needed an appointment no matter what. The staff was out to lunch. I had to wait on my dentist return later in the week. This went on for about an hour before she relented. Once I got in to get the adjustment I felt better immediately. And I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will continue to stay with Agave Dental because of the quality of the entire staff. If I wasn't happy with the superb service I would have moved on. It's too bad that one disrespectful person could hurt a business without them even knowing.

On top of that after receiving insurance eob I found out they charge me more than what I was supposed to pay. Was told that they go by the submitting amount instead of the allowed amount which is wrong. I don't know what kind of scam they have going on but Beware, check insurance eob and make sure what you paid matches eob's amount on the "patient owes" box.

Also Dr Cereceres that removed my wisdom teeth had NO sympathy he even told me "why are you crying" as I was having a full panic attack as he was extracting. Completely inconsiderate comment even the dentist that was assisting had to apologize on his behalf for how insensitive he was. The day of extraction he also came in and rushed my procedure then left without saying a thing. I do not recommend this place but specifically that Dr. he needs to go.

Despite how long it's been around, it's still very clean, very modern (as you'd expect any medical facility to be), and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When you have an appointment, they always see you quickly and courteously. A mixture of Soldiers and civilians work here. They are good at what they do. I always like seeing the historic and nostalgic ADA artwork they have hanging all over the walls. It's a nice touch and homage to the good old days of Bliss. Where it's always "A Great Day To Be A Soldier"

Our whole family comes here. my son came in as young as 3 years old and he loves it.
