I don't recommend this place. They charged me for a procedure that was supposed to happen, but then they changed their minds and said it couldn't be done. Their only solution was to pull my teeth instead of doing the crown they originally suggested.( which in a different dental office they did fix The crown) I paid in advance for the plan, and now, even though nothing was done, they won't refund me. They keep saying it's up to the finance office, but when I contacted them, they emailed me back saying the dental office hadn't reached out to them about my refund. It feels like they're just not being honest. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard anything about it. read more

Apparently main dentist was on vacation and had another dentist covering. The man was very cut and dry. Started the apt off fine asking me my pain level tapping the tooth and then once he realized I had, had a back surgery would not see me and or listen to anything I had to say. He walked out and left the nurse in the room to apologize for the situation and let me know I could come back in a few days when the regular doctor was back in the office. Everything went awesome from the first call. Rocio got me in right away and the next day I had a tooth extracted. I have always hated going to the dentist, however this visit was awesome. I had an appointment on 5.10.23 at 3 PM, I arrived on time but I never got seen, like the other post said, they do not keep your appointments, they have you waiting there for HOURS without seeing you at all (as if you don't have anything better to do). Mind you, I left work 2.5 hours earlier to make it to my appointment (get off at 5 pm) (I get paid a really good hourly rate) so I lost out on a good amount of money, but they didn't care. Additionally, when I got there they gave me private medical information for another client and they were clueless as to what my appointment was for even though I was very clear all I needed was teeth whitening (I had already had a teeth cleaning with my regular dentist, they just don't do whitening which is why I came here). I went here for years and recently they are awful the staff doesn't care, I got at least ten texts to confirm and 3 calls and when I showed up they said i never confirmed the appointment. I asked for a copy of my medical records and they just say they will send them and never do. Make your own choice but I will never go back. We go here on the regular and they are clean and the wait time from when you check in is not long at all before you are seen by a doctor. They have great customer service. They have a special for the month of September 2020 for teeth whitening if anyone is interested. It normally cost $400 (roughly) to get them done but the discount for this month drops it down $200 (roughly). read more

This place was horrible. Had a very bad experience & was charged so much money & still havent gotten my work done & never got my esthetic teeth. The workers are never the same dental assistant people & the dr is never there to see the work that is being done. They dont know what they are doing. Its been 6months & havent gotten my terth & everytime its the day of my appt they cancel me. Had gone several times for my replacement teeth & never fit so. She was on the verge of becoming septic. They are very unprofessional. They do not warrant the warranty once they change dentists, which happens quite frequently. The people are nice enough but not enjoying business practices. Came in with extreme pain due to broken filling and wanting a tooth extraction. Was told they would deal with my pain. They took a few x-rays and were nice enough. Saw the dentist for about 2 minutes. Was then told the were too busy to do the extraction (which was the whole point of me being there), shown pricing options, was scheduled for 2 days later, which ment 2 days of pain and no sleep, and prepaid my appointment. Ended up finding a dentist a day later after the pain continued and my face swelled up. Was then told I now have an infection which I have to take medication for to reduce swelling before they can remove the tooth. I decide to eat the cost of the prepaid appointment (as they can't do anything anyway with the swelling and infection). They then inform me I have to pay them a $75 cancelation fee because they weren't given 24hr notice. (ya know, back when my face was swollen and I was in the worst pain in recent memory) I told them I wouldn't be paying it because they already were paid for services they never provided. I was told too bad because this was a different fee and they would be billing me for it. Overall I would have given one star if the Dental assistants weren't as nice as they were. read more

My experience at Hillside Dental was beyond 5 stars ! This was my first time there so from the moment I arrived, the staff all made me feel welcomed. Brandice took the time to do x-rays with supplemental photos and took the time to go over everything. Then Dr. Naqvi came in and introduced herself. I ended up having all my wisdom teeth removed and their highest concern was my level of comfort. Everyone at Hillside Dental was very thorough, even when explaining my financial options. When I initially called to make an appt they were really friendly so that made my decision easier to go to them as we were looking for a new dentist. They did let us know they might be able to do the cleaning same day if all goes well. We show up for our appts today and was told we may need to reschedule for the cleaning because they were short staffed. Luckily we both were able to get our cleaning done even though my husband had to come back an hour later when we were already there. Thank you Juan for fitting us in. I had not been to the dentist in about 3-4 years. I had previously gone to kool smiles on Zaragoza, and I absolutely hated that place and had a very bad impression of the dentist which made me genuinely terrified to visit any dentist office for that matter. Caitlin did mine and my husband's cleaning, she was very thorough in explaining exactly what she was doing. Didn't get the doctors name nor the other assistant who did my husband's filling, but both were awesome when I got mine done. Melissa and the front staff were awesome throughout the whole experience.
