The music is calm and perfect to just sit there and enjoy your coffee in Ensenada. I had no idea what chistorra was until I looked it up, and it's a sausage from Spain, and that was exactly what my savory preferring palette needed. The sandwich wasn't too heavy or greasy, and it was made so well. The ambiance is great. I was able to have a room-level conversation with the people I was with.
