You'll never see the same doctor twice because they never stay. I met with some terrific doctors at this practice (Dan, Shannon, Jen), the sad reality is that the dysfunctional managers/ staff make it impossible to retain decent doctors. I was on my 3rd doctor, Jennifer Johnson (she is AMAZING) however like all those before her, she no longer works there. I only found out Dr. Johnson had departed when I tried to book a follow-up appointment. As per usual, the receptionist was cagey with me, never disclosed that my Doctor was no longer working there. Never did they think to communicate this to patients, who pay $1,300/ yr in membership fees. I've been through this THREE times in three years.

I signed up, saw a doctor (Dr. Ryan) the same day. She was quite smart and spend 20 minutes just talking with me about my lifestyle before anything else. Then we spent another 20 minutes talking about my cold, tests we could do and ways I can improve my health. My appointment lasted almost an hour and I left feeling great that I finally have a doctor 1) I love and 2) I don't have to worry about the insurance game to see her. Guaranteed same day or next day appointment so none of the 3 month wait time nightmare that was my primary care insurance. She suggested a gym membership (they have a trial with CAC) and then asked if I needed help being accountable. She is checking in on me the next time I'm in. I've been back twice for various things and have had an absolutely amazing experience.

He lies a lot to justify his high charges like 2 visits though there's only one and even faked on visit notes after I told him that he didn't exam my son at all just talked. He asked us to do 2 rounds of blood tests but still no clue about what to do next when I asked. Not only the doctor is the worst ever seen, the doctor office is worst ever as well. After talked with the doctor office for 3 days about the referral mentioning my son is suffering from daily headaches, I finally got a message from the office manager saying that the visit happened in August 15th, and I have to see another provider in the office for the referral only after the first provider charged me $660 without being able to do anything. That provider is expected to give us this referral during the visit if he has any knowledge about headaches. He delayed the diagnosis because of his incapability, charged us very high without any help. Now he even wouldn't write the referral after we know what type of specialist to see after 2nd opinion with a headache specialist. The only thing they care about is making as much as money from you but without providing any results. This is the worst ever experience not only from a doctor, but from any doctor office. I will contact related attorneys to see how this can be handled. The doctor and the office has caused long delays of the diagnosis and suffering of my son. After 2 weeks I asked for records sent to 2nd opinion including talking to the officer manager or supervisor twice, they didn't do anything though they said they would work on them. Now it turns out not only the doctor lied a lot, but the office manager or supervisor too. What kind of practice it is?!!! A place robbing patient's money without any service?

She was able to diagnose a sharp pain in my side that several other practitioners - my orthopedist, chronic pain doc and PT were unable to. And, ever since the pandemic I visit her monthly via BCH's version of ZOOM. And, we have continued to do so, which is really convenient due to my very busy schedule. I see her in person every other month. The two issues I have is that sometimes she can run up to an hour late. The other one is that she'll put "fill by" dates on my medications. So, I'll have to pick one up on the 22nd, then the 23rd, then the 24th. I mean, with the price of gas, I think that's ridic!! I keep talking to her about it, and *hopefully* we'll get this resolved at our next visit!! ALSO - I know how busy she gets, so I schedule three months worth of visits at a time :)

And, of course, you can expect to sit and wait for a minimum of 45 minutes. My issue was rather urgent to me and it seems that they simply just process people like slabs of meat. Walked away feeling like I could have done better by just browsing around in the pharmacy and picking random things off the shelf. You are just a number and a dollar sign to this bunch. You would be better off just going to the ER if you need anything other than just a pat on the head.
