Contacted this firm about a case. They declined (which is fine), but when I requested written confirmation that my personal information was deleted from their systems, they refused. Multiple emails and calls over 4 days. Only vague statements about "policy" - no actual confirmation. Hung up when I called to discuss. As a prospective client sharing sensitive legal information, I expected basic data privacy courtesy. This firm failed to provide it. Please avoid Renee at all costs. If you contact them and they decline your case, don't expect transparency about what happens to your information. read more
