After the unresponsive, disaster of what they call service, we went with a different attorney for our purchase. 1. I had to explain requests and information several times on several different dates. (I requested a form, a week later I had to explain the same information again because the form had not been created and they had no idea what I was talking about, then one week before the closing we went to presign papers and when the form was still not created, the paralegal had literally no idea what I was talking about again.) 2. I made an appointment to sign previously mentioned papers at a specific date and time. The attorney was "out running errands" and they "had no idea when he was coming back" and wanted me to "just go pick up my daughter then wait for him." 3. On our final closing documents, there was a $3,500 commission paid to a realtor that we did not use and we were charged $116 for a power of attorney fee that had not been used. (Both were refunded to us after the fact) 4. Requesting the closing documents be corrected took several attempts, they keep sending me the incorrect documents (needed for purchase of our new home) 5. One month after closing, I received an email from Pentore saying that the attorney of the seller of the home we were purchasing called to speak to him, but he (Pentore) needed our contract to represent us. When I contacted my agent (Since we were DEFINITELY not using them for our purchase!), she told me that the seller did not yet even hire an attorney. In closing, do not use this attorney service if you like everything for a major purchase/sale in order!
