Then when you actually read the details of the contract in small print, the agreement is not what you were told you actually would agree to! To protect your self, on a paper that is NOT signed or Notarized, cross out the page that you agree that you will be responsible for the property if any existing condition or permits were illegal, write through the clauses, and make your own copy and fake their initial. It will pass. They are cheaters all the way through, Money Grubbers. Do Not sell your AS IS house to TITAN HOLDINGS, SCAMMERS!

Greene Law PC - Review…read more Business Contract: CT Real Estate Purchase | $85K Condo | Middlesex County | Hold Escrow | Days required to open escrow: 30 | Days required to close: 1 The firm came to me as a recommend. I communicated my needs, via email, to Mike Trella, and he assigned the task to his paralegal, Vanessa Lindo. After my initial contact by email with Vanessa, I agreed to receive a closing fee schedule emailed to me in PDF form. I was able to download, print, sign, make a screenshot, and reply-email the document-image within one day. The fee breakdown estimate were as follows - Settlement / Closing Fee $600 - Title Search $200 - $275 * - Recording Services Fee $50 * - Overnight Courier wire fee $50 - Lender Title Insurance (Calculated Daily) - Buyer Title Insurance (Calculated Daily) - Release Tracking Services N/A TOTAL $975 They assured me all unknown estimates would be finalized by the date of closing. I noticed their fee structure was a bit outdated: Who in this day pays courier wire fees?? Perhaps they cater primarily to higher-end clientele not comfortable with the internet. So, Initially, I went online to the official town recorders office to conduct a title search, and acquired a watermarked copy of the property deed for $7.50, but they refused it. Ultimately, these were my final costs to close escrow - Settlement / Closing Fee $600 * - Title Search $175 * - Recording Services Fee $50 * - Overnight Courier wire fee $50 - Lender Title Insurance $333 - Buyer Title Insurance $29 - Release Tracking Services N/A TOTAL $1,209 * - contracted by an outside vender (Abelaw, Old Republic Natl, Cheryl Santamaria) 4/5

To date, I am still fighting to undo the damage he caused and I pray that I am successful before I lose the rest of my children's childhood.

Stay far away from these ambulance chasing hacks…read more I hired this firm based on a recommendation from another attorney. My wife and I got rear ended, and I sustained the most injury due to a prior injury years ago. I had to put off my recommended surgery due to my responsibilities to my father who was very sick, and after my father passed my wife needed the same care, because she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer shortly after he passed. They both needed care 24/7 and I did not want to put anyone in a home. I left my job to care for my family, because it was the right thing to do, and they were ok with that. Everyone was on the same page, and I have no regrets, and would do it again. When my wife passed in October of last year, this broke me. I called Bill Beckert to advise and told him that I was going to finally schedule my surgery now that I had nothing holding me back anymore, and after saying those same old cliches " I am so sorry" " Your in my thoughts" etc. advised me on what to do, and I started to do what he advised. Then I questioned him on something that happened with my wife, and he didn't like it, because I called him out for his negligence, and he made every excuse in the book on why what happened, however I gave him a pass, because my wife just passed, and I had my hands full as it is. What does he do not even a week later, he sends me a certified letter saying he is withdrawing from the case, and said he would forward all my paperwork to the attorney that I hire moving forward. All because I called him out for his negligence in reference to an offer made to my wife by the insurance company. He knew I just lost my wife, and this is what you do. The letter I sent them in return was not nice, and I have no regrets. How do you do this to someone who just lost his wife, is grieving and now needs help. This should raise a RED flag to everyone. Here's what happened that triggered this. My wife received a call from the Insurance company, and they made her an offer to settle her claim She didn't feel comfortable talking to them so she called me, and I then called Bill to advise and for his guidance. He said he needed paperwork, and we forwarded him the paperwork, and then he calls her at work. She got confused and frustrated so she just dropped everything and we lost the offer made to her. If Bill just made a simple phone call they could have discussed the offer and came to terms. All I did was question him on this, and he didn't like it. What he did by sending me that certified letter it just speaks volumes, about him and this firm. You would think they would just do the right thing knowing they screwed up, and were given a pass. Don't make the same mistake I made. Go with someone who actually cares about you, and your interests. What Bill did was to cover his ass, because he knows he messed up.
