It is day old or even a week old. The manager is Carlos Oliveira. He is incompetent, rude, verbally abusive and unprofessional We were there a week ago and I still feel compelled to write this review. Mr Oliveira verbally confrontational with me in front of my table. Not sure why he feels he should be doing that with a paying customer. However, it is obvious why the restaurant is in such a horrid state. None of the servers smile, tiptoeing around to avoid Mr. Oliveira. The organization and the quality control is absent. The food is horrifically bad. The hotel is nice but don't eat there. The location of the Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Hopefully upper management will make changes to bring the food services up to the level of the surrounding beauty.
