I initially saw her for eczema, which went on for years and was at one point so bad that I couldn't move my fingers to write. I was amazed by the care she provided. Where I had sought an answer for months to no avail, she diagnosed the specific subtype almost instantly, explaining it in detail and prescribing a treatment regimen which has kept me pretty much eczema free for years! It's easy to tell she is passionate about dermatology and each patient she sees; she can explain treatments at any level. When I was younger, she would always make sure to explain medications in a way that I could understand. Now that I'm older and studying medicine (with her as one of my role models), she goes much deeper into each medication's underlying mechanisms. Further, she always stays up to date with the newest research and interventions -- so you can always be confident you're getting the most up to date care. My parents used to take me in to see her, but when they saw how awesome she was, they started seeing her too. For many doctors, you can tell they are busy or rushed, but that's never the case with Dr. Fullerton. Not only does she take the time to ask about and listen to your concerns, she truly cares and remembers.
