When a business cares, takes customer feedback and concerns seriously, it shows. They were apologetic in professional way, offered me to see Dr Khosla at not extra charges. They also added a free red light therapy (which was complete surprise) On the day of my appointment, the front staff (again like my previous experience) was super nice, friendly, professional. No wait time, I saw Dr Khosla immediately. And now I can truly see what other reviewers meant, Dr Khosla is very empathetic, warm, professional. Her care and expertise shows in the way she treats the patients. I felt all my concerns were heard, not rushed. I went ahead and started with the recommended treatment. Follow up from the appointment, I also received a call to make sure my experience was better. It's been a couple of weeks and I have started with new treatments which have been wonderful. The new office that opened this week is excellent too. I appreciate all the care, professionalism in which the feedback was handled. Like other reviews have mentioned, she is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I initially saw her for eczema, which went on for years and was at one point so bad that I couldn't move my fingers to write. I was amazed by the care she provided. Where I had sought an answer for months to no avail, she diagnosed the specific subtype almost instantly, explaining it in detail and prescribing a treatment regimen which has kept me pretty much eczema free for years! It's easy to tell she is passionate about dermatology and each patient she sees; she can explain treatments at any level. When I was younger, she would always make sure to explain medications in a way that I could understand. Now that I'm older and studying medicine (with her as one of my role models), she goes much deeper into each medication's underlying mechanisms. Further, she always stays up to date with the newest research and interventions -- so you can always be confident you're getting the most up to date care. My parents used to take me in to see her, but when they saw how awesome she was, they started seeing her too. For many doctors, you can tell they are busy or rushed, but that's never the case with Dr. Fullerton. Not only does she take the time to ask about and listen to your concerns, she truly cares and remembers. We've recommended her to anyone and everyone with skin concerns for these last twenty years -- and now my entire extended family sees her! She was an absolute hero and saved my skin. Cut to 20 years later: I moved back to the Bay Area and had a whole host of new concerns: melasma, hormonal acne, hyperpigmentation, and more. She saved me again of course (and without the insanely painful and ineffective peels other derms had me endure) because she's brilliant, but the best part? Ya'll, SHE REMEMBERED ME. A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! I'm 42, so Reema and I have done Microneedling, Botox, Filler, Sculptra etc. I've done it all. Most recently, we did the cool peel which I had never done before. This has been one of my very favorite treatments yet - recommended by Reema to help with skin elasticity, tone, pores and just general brightening and glow (I'm sure there's more but I have no idea what they are - I just know my skin looked better than it has EVER looked).
