Since day ONE, Shida has been a true professional! A MASTER at her craft! Every single wax appointment, I leave feeling like a New Woman, or as one would say, SMOOTH and Hair-free as can be , LOL. She is meticulous and precise, leaving no surface untouched and unattended to. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest, especially when asked about services offered and products. She is also an impeccable conversationalist, not to mention very veryyyy personable. I never asked to see any of this, and it wasn't related to our conversation at all. It was totally inappropriate. I called the salon the next day to speak to a manager and was told she'd be back a week later. I called back when they said to, left my info again, and still haven't heard from anyone--and now it's almost two weeks later. Between the inappropriate service and the lack of follow-up, I wouldn't recommend this salon.
