She did both the pedi and mani so you want to expect you'll be in there a while which I was told ahead of time which was nice so I could make sure I had that time (2 hours). This place is extremely huge, and seems like a building filled with beauty various treatment businesses, so don't get too confused and just ask the ladies in front where to go. I got a bit confused and almost ended up going up the stairs, but decided to save myself possible embarrassment and just asked. The women at the front directed me on how to contact Monique for my appointment while I waited in the lobby. As for the entire experience, Monique gave me a sit down of the products she used, some useful tips, and answered any questions I had. While being waxed, she was very informative about what was going on as well as entertaining! It's weird to say, but I actually enjoyed coming here to get waxed. Withheld my test results after receiving them and would not give them to me until I asked like 5 times. Additionally, I was prescribed a medication that has previously given me a life threatening illness. Shawn insisted I needed to take the medication because there was an infection. After sharing the same lab results with actual doctors, they assured me there was no infection and I did not need to be taking the medicine that Shawn insisted I should take. Either she cannot accurately read results or she lied to my face to not admit she made a mistake. I am filing a complaint with the Tx Board of Nursing.
