He communicates the plan clearly, but also is very upfront when a result cannot be guaranteed and about the risks of different treatment options. I have seen multiple orthodontists over the years and Dr Timock's compassion and bedside manner is beyond compare. His humor and understanding are just wonderful. I used to hate going to any dentist or ortho appointment, but I always have a great experience here! It's fun listening to him joke with kids in the clinic, so I recommend him for both children and adult patients. Most importantly to me, Dr Timock allows me to have a voice in my treatment plan and actually considers my goals and wishes, which has not been my experience with most of my other doctors in all areas of healthcare. This means more than I can express. When I first came to Dr T, I had zero expectations that the problems with my teeth and beyond would be able to be fixed, as was repeatedly discussed with him and other orthodontic professionals. Two years later, I'm amazed at the progress we have already made. He's a brilliant doctor willing to take risks (if the patient is comfortable, and he explains the risks very clearly in a way you can understand) and definitely knows what he's doing. All of the staff has been wonderful and so so sweet. Jana is an amazing tech and human!!!!!!

My other son is still in treatment but It is going smoothly thanks to Dr. Ward's talent and diligence. Dr. Ward is so patient and kind, too. My older son is high functioning Autistic and Dr. Ward was always so patient with him and very understanding when it came to his idiosyncrasies and sensory needs. Dr. Ward went above and beyond when my own permanent bonded retainer (of twenty years) broke unexpectedly. Even though he was booked for the day he saw me on his lunch hour to take it out because it was poking and hurting me. As if that weren't enough, Dr. Ward, knowing about my history of jaw pain and dysfunction was extremely gentle with me. He let me take multiple breaks and was very careful in the actual removal so as not to aggravate my jaw further. His staff is amazing as well! Always a pleasure to work with. They have never failed to fit us in when an emergency arises and are great about setting up payment plans. This really helps when it comes to the cost of orthodontic treatment. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Ward Orthodontics!

He's done such a great job that I also went there for myself and got lingual braces. His office runs so smoothly and efficiently-they have everything timed perfectly so you're not waiting forever in the waiting room. Why can't every doctor's office run like that??! Dr Ward is not only kind and friendly but he always does such a great job explaining everything to me and my kids so they do a good job wearing their rubber bands and retainers. He also has these fun contests and incentive programs and really neat themed office to keep my kids wanting to go each appointment. Brilliant. He's a perfectionist too and it shows...5 stars!!! You won't be disappointed!! Look him up on google, there's a million 5 Star reviews, and it's easy to see why. We couldn't be happier.

The orthodontist we loved was no longer going to be there or be there very minimally, and some of their other processes like rewards and such changed with the name change. The office was always very clean. the staff was very helpful. I had planned on putting my 2nd child in braces after my 1st ones braces were paid off. However that didn't end up being in the cards for us. She needed them sooner. They were able to work out a payment arrangment that worked for our family so my 2nd child could get into the braces when she needed them. The work they did was quality. The prices..... well they are braces. Braces are just expensive no matter who you see. My daughter did have to go back and get a new retainer at some point after her braces were off. Her retainer busted in half. This was april 2020. They were finally able to get her in, in june 2020 because of all the covid shut downs. Overall happy with experience and they did a good job. My kids teeth are still straight. And my daughter is meticulous about her teeth.

My parents took me to get braces…read moreas a child but they were told it would cost well over $10,000, require at least 3 years and likely some head gear and extractions. We all decided it wasn't going to happen. As an adult I began to experience excruciating headaches from TMJ and finally decided, with great apprehension, to look into braces. I was looking around when I found the Damon System which really appealed to me and from that I found Dr. Ebert. I spent hours doing research about the braces and Dr. Ebert's office before I called and scheduled an appointment for a consultation. When I walked into the office I was immediately greeted warmly by everyone at the front desk. I filled out a little paperwork before going to the consultation room and answering a few questions. I then was taken on a tour of the facility. Everything is state-of-the-art, clean and well laid out. Large windows line the entire exam room and there's an "adult" chair with a small partition to give adults a little privacy. After the tour, I met Dr. Ebert and she looked at my teeth and told the assistant what all needed to be done. It would cost significantly less than $10,000 and only take about 2.5 years with no head gear or extractions. In fact, Dr. Ebert ONLY uses the Damon System so she and her staff are very proficient in it. When she was done, she asked if I had any questions. My only question was "When can we start?" They do offer in-house financing with no interest which was wonderful for me as my dental insurance doesn't cover adult orthodontics. That was a little under 2 years ago and I have never, ever had a bad experience with Dr. Ebert or her staff. In fact, the system and Dr. Ebert's treatment plan has worked so well for me that I'm on track to be done two months earlier than predicted. If anyone ever asks me for a good orthodontist, I will only recommend Dr. Ebert. She and her staff are just fantastic. I just can't say it enough! If you're considering braces for yourself or your kids, please PLEASE google the Damon System before going with traditional braces. You'll see why they're so much better and then give Dr. Ebert a call. You absolutely will not regret it.

Another patient mentioned that she thought it was filthy as well. With four people working behind the front desk, one would think that there would be attention to detail and front office cleanliness. When I took a few extra seconds to use a tissue to hold the electronic pen for a signature, I told her I just wanted to make sure that I did not pick up someone else's germs. She stated "we wipe it off every morning ", whereas she should've said "it is cleaned between EACH patient".
