I was able to get into NP 2 GO, and get an appointment for an infusion and a steroid shot. They took great care of me, and it was more affordable than an infusion in a retail storefront. I was able to get a much needed bag of fluids, plus vitamins, as well as a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I could literally feel myself getting better. A few hours later, I was able to eat, drink, and function. I think the one-two punch of the infusion probably shaved 2-3 days off of feeling bad. I will definitely do this again and may get another infusion before the next time I have to travel.

Two weeks later I arrived at my appointment. All went well until I mentioned to Dr Walton that I was on Medicare. Then he explained that the physicians don't accept Medicare. I was speechless. I can't move forward without insurance coverage. When I left, they charged me for the visit. Again, I was shocked and honestly mad. They had 2 weeks to inform me of this information. But they chose to have me come to their office so that they could charge me for the visit! Even if I choose to pay a physician, it will not be WeightWise. They were not honest with me up front.
