With my voucher, it's a good price; otherwise it's pretty expensive to get a wash here. However, I can confirm that this is a genuine hand car wash with men in waterproof jumpsuits and brushes. The car comes out clean and you get an opportunity to give them a second chance at getting any missed spots before you drive off. Please note how pristine your vehicle ends up looking depends on how persistent that you want to be during this latter step in the process!

After reading reviews online, I chose Motorsports Collision Experts. From the moment I called Rudy and Jimmy (brothers), they were very calming, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They are truly passionate about cars, and spend their spare time restoring classic models as, "the customer's cars come first." My insurance company sent me a check for the repairs, but additional $$ was needed to complete the job properly. Jimmy took care of everything from setting up and driving me to get my rental car, to dealing with the insurance adjuster, and even collecting the remaining balance from USAA--he took care of it all. When the car was done, he drove it to my home and picked up my rental (allowing me to continue working). These guys are great. The staff seemed more interested in rushing people out before closing than actually delivering the service we're paying for, and the attitude toward customers made that very clear. If you're going to sell subscriptions and promote "unlimited" service, you can't pull the plug on basic benefits just because it's inconvenient for staff at the end of the day especially when those customers are the ones who've supported you since day one.
