I initially spoke to Chris who was very nice and knowledgeable about the services typically needed by the elderly community. He also was very helpful in getting me to understand 'why' my father acts a certain way and how we as a family can help him - to help himself. I had the opportunity to meet the caregiver before any decision was made. Chloe was an absolute sweetheart. She asked just the right questions and then described to me and my family what it would be like to have her care for my father.
