A few weeks later, I looked to see if there were any other suits on sale and the same suit I ordered that they told me was NOT available was on their site again and for sale. We are generally so used to expecting the robotic layout of a regular multi-store business, that this store seems disorganized when you come here. I mean this in a nice way! Stay there for a few minutes and then you can see the method in the "madness". Everything was easy to find and we were able to get help when we needed it. The selection is quite good for all categories and we were able to get swim gear for our kids. We also got swim goggles too :) The prices here are not Amazon prices, and they do not match Amazon price too. But, we were able to try the gear on before buying and also did get advice on what the right gear is for our needs. Having said that, just like any small mom and pop business goes, trying to speak with them over the phone took a few phone calls but we were eventually able to speak with someone at the end. Limited Parking is available behind the store. Good local option for swim gear!

They hung a few bras on the wall and then their dressing room is tucked away in the back with an adorable mural of different breasts with an affirmative saying in neon pink lighting. I use a special calculator (a bra that fits) to help determine my size and when I went Stephanie measured me exactly to that measurement. I was shocked because that never happens and it really helped me feel even more confident about my purchase. I was able to get my strapless bra and a new everyday t shirt bra. It's a French brand and I haven't ever had something feel like it's not there when I wear it. 10/10 really like this place and will be back without a doubt. Later I realized there is another location in Bethesda, MD. It is completely pathetic we have to drive over 20 miles to buy what we want, although we have the last 3 times strictly for customer service. We don't like to buy online as we prefer to try clothes on. All staff at the Bethesda location are pleasant. Jonah has helped us numerous times. And he is exceptional. I am typically a 34-36 band size- I have been for my entire adult life. I am pregnant at the moment, so I thought I might have changed cup sizes so I went in for a fitting and because I wanted some super comfy bras for the last two months of pregnancy. During my fitting, the sales person placed the measuring tape far lower on my back than it should have been and said I was a band size 42 (!!!!). I really do not know what I was thinking (pregnancy brain?) but I bought one in the size she recommended. This bra is WAY too big in the band and incapable of any kind of support. I measured in a proper shop and my band size is still a 36. If you want a soft I'll-fitting undergarment, this is the place for you. If you need support, go somewhere else.

How to lose a customer of 15-20 years…read more For almost 20 years, Fleet Feet, both in DC and more recently in Asheville, North Carolina, has been where I shop for sneakers twice a year. To save on wear, I buy 2-3 pairs at a time (costing about $400-600 a visit depending on number, socks and arch supports, etc.) and rotate wearing them throughout the week. Today I brought this pair of Brooks back to DC to ask what could be done. I've probably worn them at most 15 days since buying them in mid-last month; the soles are delaminating. An annoyingly passive sales clerk began dancing around the question offering nothing. I eventually abbreviated his babble about normal wear and tear by observing that it doesn't sound like the store can do anything as just over 30 days have passed since the purchase of several pairs. No exchange, no assistance with the manufacturer, no suggestions for repair? I observed that this doesn't seem like normal wear and that its disappointing to see how quickly these expensive shoes are coming apart and how little can be done. His only response was a dismissive "Have a nice day" delivered in a mocking tone. I turned and left the store quietly for the last time in my life without punching him and without responding. some suggestions for better customer service: When your store has a no refund or exchange strict policy, even in the face of defective goods, you should at least provide your customer with contact information to reach out to the manufacturer. If you work in a shoe store, it might be good to be aware of shoe repair places, or glues that might be tried, or to confirm that there are really no glue solutions that could be tried. In other words, know your products and offer some modicum of assistance, even if it's not likely to answer the customer's immediate request. Don't be snide when you are denying service to someone who has been a regular customer and who has clearly brought in a shoe that is not behaving as it should. Not sure where I'll send my $1200/year in purchases now. But I will find a place to remove that revenue from Fleet Feet, and I will let people know of my experience there.

Unlike other Old Navy locations this one did not have a dedicated section where all the clearance items were. Nor was it set up like a traditional store. I had to figure this out the hard way as other clearance items were scattered about. I did a real quick search but gave up after a while as I was not in the mood to be in this store for way too long. After about moving about to three sections I made my way to the register. Being early in the day there weren't many workers and the line went slowly. This took a bit longer than I expected. However, the staff that did ring up my items was very friendly. This was the first time I have ever heard this in an Old Navy, but the one item I purchased was a final sale, no returns.
