My mom and I were obsessed with watching the viral bungee workout classes all over Tik Tok and we were on a hunt to find a place near Indy to try it out for ourselves! Well, this is one of the only places that offers this super fun class! Bungee is awesome because it's low impact for knees and back and you can pretty much make it as hard as you want (it's also super fun because you are full on flying through the air). We've taken 2 classes so far and everyone at the gym is awesome, they really take the time to train you and help each individual master the moves. Besides bungee, they offer a vast variety of classes. And not just normal workout classes, but ones you can't find anyone else! The gym is very clean. They clean equipment after each use.
