Unfortunately, the agency missed the scheduled FedEx pickup. After we begged the owner had an employee take my passport to a nearby FedEx location. What happened next was the most upsetting part of the experience. While we were in the process of paying the FedEx shipping charges, the owner told us that unless we paid an additional $80 for the employee to deliver the package to FedEx, he would not release it for shipping. Since my passport was urgently needed for international travel, I felt I had no real choice. This situation was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. Be warned: Vi, his business style is to pressure you into giving him your passports so he can save your spot immediately and then he will charge you a lot more once he knows you are interested. As for doing the Visa you can do it yourself online. Don't let him scare you by saying it is very hard to do it yourself and there are frauds online. Make sure you go to the government website and save yourself $200 per person in comparison to what he charges you (which is outrageous). He has no people skills what so ever...always trying to rush you on the phone and hang up when the conversation has not ended. He will try to convince you to travel to somewhere else instead of the country you wanted to go to. This place deserve a "zero" star not even 1 star review.
