I was simply amazed and left only to believe in magic (and yes, she's handled similar asks for business traveler friends of mine, too!). But what really stood out wasn't just the unbelievable result, it was the way the team at Express Travel Services handled everything along the way. Karina brought such professionalism, organization, and genuine care to what was honestly a very stressful situation for me. She and her network worked tirelessly to make what felt almost impossible seem seamless. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and I always felt like I was in good hands with constant, personalized updates along the way. If they could deliver on a request this difficult, I have no doubt they can handle just about any travel or visa need you may have. Truly above and beyond service. Six out of five stars. Thank you again, Karina!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel agency while applying for a China…read morevisa. I realized I needed my passport to come back to the US after a cruise so I contacted the owner and made an appointment for FedEx to pick up my passport while we were waiting in a Canada hotel. Unfortunately, the agency missed the scheduled FedEx pickup. After we begged the owner had an employee take my passport to a nearby FedEx location. What happened next was the most upsetting part of the experience. While we were in the process of paying the FedEx shipping charges, the owner told us that unless we paid an additional $80 for the employee to deliver the package to FedEx, he would not release it for shipping. Since my passport was urgently needed for international travel, I felt I had no real choice. This situation was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. We had originally planned to use this agency for future visa and travel services, but after this experience, we will never do business with them !

He initially booked the whole trip with air fair and the touring itinerary that seemed to be fair pricings so we agreed to it....once we agreed to it he said, the price is now increased to $700 more and it was only one day later. Wasn't too happy but we proceeded anyways. Then the very next day we get another email from Vi, he tells us there is another increase in price roughly $400 for the both of us. His excuse was that we booked too soon he needed much more time in advance. By this time we are looking at our trip to be roughly $10,000 for flying coach too, not even business class. Extremely livid at this point! Well, on the touring company "Charming Holidays" website and the brochure he handed me and my wife it clearly is written they leave every Mon, Thurs, Sat. Furthermore, this is not what he initially informed us. If this is the case then why did you quoted us the prices and worked out the whole flying schedule and touring package, and the price with us? Be warned: Vi, his business style is to pressure you into giving him your passports so he can save your spot immediately and then he will charge you a lot more once he knows you are interested. As for doing the Visa you can do it yourself online. Don't let him scare you by saying it is very hard to do it yourself and there are frauds online. Make sure you go to the government website and save yourself $200 per person in comparison to what he charges you (which is outrageous). He has no people skills what so ever...always trying to rush you on the phone and hang up when the conversation has not ended. He will try to convince you to travel to somewhere else instead of the country you wanted to go to. This place deserve a "zero" star not even 1 star review.

She was very sweet and eager to help, I just wasn't sure if we were planning to use a travel agent at that time. Well, after a couple weeks and my (at the time) fiance still hadn't booked our honeymoon (for June...) and my #1 choice of room at a Sandals resort was booked for that time, I decided we needed help. I reached out to Michelle and she immediately began searching options for us, based on what was important to us and what we truly wanted! She emailed me and my fiance consistently with updates of what she was finding and if anything seemed perfect for us. She spoke with my fiance many times to make everything just right. We decided to go with an incredible, all-inclusive (a must for us!), adults only resort in Cancun! Michelle was able to get us our dream room with our own plunge pool and upgrade us to club level for extra perks during our stay! She met with my fiance the week before we left to go over all information we needed, our travel itinerary, resort information, etc etc. She called the resort to make sure our room would be ready (we were crossing our fingers we would get an early check in) and informed us our room wasn't ready, which wasn't her fault at all and on the contrary, I was so grateful to know so we weren't expecting it. Our trip was INCREDIBLE! Completely relaxing - our #1 request! Neither my fiance nor I had ever truly vacationed so we were slightly in the dark with what to do and where to look. The stress from arranging the trip was immediately relieved once Michelle became involved. She is very knowledgable, goes above and beyond for her clients, and is very pleasant to work with! She checked in while we were traveling there and made sure we made it ok and everything was perfect for us, then reached out once we arrived home to hear about our take-aways! We would definitely recommend Michelle to others! We plan to use her again for any trip we may plan in the future! Thank you Michelle, for an amazing honeymoon! You are amazing!
