John took about 2.5 hours out of his day to make sure we had the corrrect windows and door that we wanted. The day of installation, the installers did a great job and were very friendly. It is not cheap but the end result should add both pop and value to our condo. See the before and after photos- the proof is in the pudding; easy to work with and a good investment. The whole process took a little over a month and a half due to supply chain delays with the glass(new reality). Gary did keep me in the loop returning phone calls throughout the process although I had to initiate a majority of the calls but it was worth it in the end.
