We found…read morethat the screen don't fit and fall off because tracks too small, the moldings are too short and allow air and bugs in so my father had to use a swim noodle and fill the holes, there was no head contractor on the job and the team spoke almost zero English, the list goes on and on. We have called weekly and no resolution except we are working on it and trying to get the pieces from the manufacturer. My parents leave in 6 days and still waiting for any resolution. Since ordering the windows in April 2025, I have used Armortech Windows in Sarasota and had 6 hurricane window ordered, installed and inspected with no issues or complaints.
