History
Established in 2019.
Established in 2019, ADW Private Unit was built on discipline, structure, and a mission to deliver professional security services at a higher standard. What started as a small, dedicated team has grown into a developing force, steadily expanding operations across Illinois and into Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and Champaign.
ADW has provided services across a wide range of environments including bars and clubs, music and event venues, private parties, personal services, warehouses, corporate buildings, hospitality, fire watch, and vehicle patrol. As the company evolves, the introduction of the Executive Movement Unit marks a new level—delivering elite, high-end protection and transportation services for premium clientele.
Through consistent execution and professionalism, ADW has built relationships with community leaders, law enforcement, entertainers, and organizations. The mission remains the same: adapt, execute, and grow—raising the standard every step forward.
Meet the Business Owner: Antoine W.
Veteran. Father. DJ. Drummer. Director of ADW Private Unit.
I take pride in discipline, structure, and leading from the front. This isn’t just work—it’s a standard I live by every day. I’m grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the people around me who continue to grow with me.
At ADW, we don’t just show up—we adapt, execute, and maintain control in any environment. My team understands the mission, respects the chain of command, and operates with professionalism at all times.
I’m focused on building something bigger than myself—a company rooted in trust, presence, and accountability. The mission continues, and we’re only getting better.
