Has a bad catalytic converter (which I could deal with no big deal) I took it to a trusted mechanic to verify before replacing that cat. Well turns out the internal water pump is bad $3500 fix, the cat is bad $1600 fix, ecm is locked by previous tune, but worst of all the car was flooded and hidden by the dealership. Not to mention this was paid and when the title came threw the mail said I still owe $5000. Luckly it was written in different ink after I signed the paper work and the clerk understood that and said we'll you have the title so I'm assuming it's paid for.

I will say in person they are very friendly and polite and helpful, but once you leave they will not return calls or call when they say the will. The brief phone call I had the service writer was completely confused. He couldn't tell me what had been done or what was going to be done. I was assured I would receive a phone call before the end of the day, that never happened. I was under the impression I would be picking my truck up in the morning but now I have know idea.
