It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

Arrival and check in was easy, but it did get a little crowded with multiple parties checking in at the same time. You leave your shoes in the front and are provided with grippy socks. The facility is clean, and you can see the thoughtfulness throughout. They had shoes for people to wear for the bathroom. The bathroom sinks had stools for the little ones. Even the side entrance by the party rooms had shoes available! My LO is 2 1/2, and I thought this place was perfect for her age. I can see kids aging out around 8-10, depending on size. She had so much fun. There was a private event and we definitely stayed until we had to leave. 10/10 would come again! Looking forward to the next time we go.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

Turns out, John's Incredible Pizza exceeded my expectations! This place *sorta* reminds me of a kid Souplantation, just sub out the soups for pizza (& note the fact that Souplantation is much neater and slightly more elevated foods). There's a fully loaded salad bar with your choice of greens and corn, peas, carrots, and toppings+ (too many to remember). There's a pasta bar, sauteed veggies with sausage, quinoa and potato salad, a couple of soups, LOADS of pizza flavors, a fully loaded dessert bar, and ICEE/soda drinks. And my favorite--self-serve, soft serve. The taste reminds me of Souplantation or McDonald's soft serve. There are several uniquely-themed dining areas all equipped with long tables great for groups. It can get a bit crazy, and sometimes piles of dishes can accumulate quicker than workers bussing tables. Also, what sets this place apart is that there is a whole play area for video games, little rides, and claw machines. Kids go bananas here--getting out their energy--and coming back to the food area and tables to eat more. It's a cycle. We came because my kid & a bunch of schoolmates received John's Incredible Pizza certificates from school. We had loads of fun. We'd all come back and do it again!

We've been here a good amount of times, and it's been all good experiences everytime!…read more Our first time was for our friends sons birthday, they rented out the entire place and that's something we might do for the future, it's super clean and not scary for your kids to roam without worrying about them falling down anything, everything has well guarded rails, and nothing crazy they can fall through to the ground. I come here every so often, the weekdays before 3pm will be less packed and weekends are normally packed but doesn't feel over crowded at all.
