Friends all arrived earlier to get checked in and then they give you bracelets to make sure you've paid but also for re-entry. You can go home to make sure your kids have a nap and then go back to use the pass all day. it's pricier but worth it if you go all day. It's quite a spacious place with trampolines, some swinging ropes, different areas to climb up, a little water room where they provide you some rain boots and rain jackets. They have a bunch of different slides too. An area that is mainly for older kids and an area for the younger kids. It's quite well-designed., I love that they even give you slides to wear to the restrooms so your feet do not get wet. Note: EVERYONE has to wear socks all the time, so make sure you bring a pair. They sell them at the front as well for both kids and adults. For the birthday party, they give you a room to use for 1.5 hours. It's quite a large room and they have balloons, plates, utensils and pizza. They even have this cart cleaning station with napkins and wet wipes too. Employees are there to help with clean up and it's quite nice since the table is U shaped so lots of seating area. We had about 15 kids and the parents and it was still a lot of room. The employees help with cleanup as well. Quite organized. I think in general it is a great place if you want a one stop shop. Parents have to accompany kids, but lots of place for the parents to walk around and keep an eye on the kids if they are able to go alone. I went into the structure and it's not at all too low for the adults to walk around if you're following younger children. Definitely a comfortable spot and I like how plush the floors are.

I've hesitated a lot to post but as I've been coming almost everyday or having a monthly membership it seems like I MUST due to some lacking of how the business is being run. 1. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment. Waivers are required by all individuals going in, and they put a wristband on you before you enter. Once inside, there are several different soft play areas, including trampolines, ball pits, interactive screens, and even a section for toddlers three and under. I also liked that they had claw machines and mechanical rides, which my LO really enjoyed. The five coins that they give you is nice and you can always purchase more. Restrooms were also clean and they had bathroom slippers at the entrance to wear in. There's a water tower by the bathroom. They also had a TV near the food area, and many dads were standing around it on a Sunday afternoon. All to say, this place really was fun for all!

I clarified that they were paid for, but she continued to say they weren't, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. My little sister actually went to put the cookies back because she thought she had done something wrong. Valerie also let me know that we were past our allotted time, which I completely understand and had no issue with. However, her tone and the way she handled both situations felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially for an environment centered around young children. I understand employees have rules to enforce, but I wish the situation had been handled with a little more patience and kindness, particularly when speaking about a 3-year-old child. From the obstacle courses, and massive jumping house this place makes you get your workout in! When there was no attendant (bec the poor floor girl was running another ride and covering the floor) my party attendant just told me to "go find someone" on the floor. Like what? All the others want you to buy from their kiosks and it's never even actual meals :( they're usually just snacks.
