The facility is clean, and you can see the thoughtfulness throughout. They had shoes for people to wear for the bathroom. The bathroom sinks had stools for the little ones. Even the side entrance by the party rooms had shoes available! My LO is 2 1/2, and I thought this place was perfect for her age. I can see kids aging out around 8-10, depending on size. However, my daughter (who has been going here for a long time) recently turned 5, and because of this, she is no longer allowed to enter the 4-and-under area (which her younger 3-year-old brother is still allowed). This broke her heart when I had to pull her out of the area when a worker let us know. This is extremely unfortunate because there are so many things in the younger kids area that are not in the main area, such as a ball pit, a merry-go-round, a spinning seat, and the building blocks. It made my daughter cry to see my son go in and she is not allowed. We were regulars here but this crucial detail has pretty much taken Candeeland off of our list of places to take our kids. My daughter has 4-year-old friends who she went here with and that just isn't in the cards either, simply because there is places they cannot all go together. Very unfortunate because we love this place. Please keep in mind, if you are looking for a place to go and have multiple kids, keep in mind that depending on their ages, there is areas that not all your kids may be able to go together here and it may negatively affect the experience.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

It's impressive how well thought out they used the space and there was still plenty to do for my kid to stay occupied even after several hours. For example, there's these extra large Lego-like brick things (that I noticed said made in Germany?) that the kids spent plenty of time trying to create large structures and really utilize their imagination. The only gripe I had is that the bathroom was sort of small and not necessarily well kept, as upon opening there was already a soap dispenser out of soap and I could see random puddles of sitting water. Otherwise, it was an extremely positive experience and the size of the playground might make it difficult to locate your kid but ultimately they are somewhere in there. Pricing also was very reasonable, you get a lot for your money (basically $50 for 1 child and 1 adult for all day play) and could easily burn half a day visiting this location. They open at 10am and the 10-11am slot is for tiny tots. You have to buy their socks - they don't like you using socks from other establishments. However on the day we went they gave us socks free because they had limited sizes. They have lockers with a key code and shoe racks. Closed toe shoes are needed for the American ninja warrior side of the park. And socks are needed for the huge trampoline side. The kids had a great time!
