I asked for a different boot as he wanted me to stay in it longer. He literally told me no, just continue to use the one I had. Then he told me I needed these specific insoles, they were 64.00 and insurance didn't cover. I'm on disability and a very limited income. After I purchased them, I found them on Amazon for 15.00 less. Shame on me for not looking there. At the second appointment he gave me a list of foot exercises, why not the first appointment? This would have helped the first time right? Then he told me to get this certain shoes, gave me a paper with the store name and I asked how much and he said around 150.00. I said I can't afford that, and he pointed to my sketchers and said those are junk, you need to get these. They weren't 150.00 they're 250.00. I absolutely cannot afford those no matter what. Using the insoles have been somewhat helpful. I went on Amazon and got some recovery shoes, same kind (different brand) for a ton less money. Then he scheduled my 3rd appointment for 3 weeks out. At 50.00 a pop and him being a foot specialist I feel like I shouldn't be going every three weeks and each time trying to get more money out of me. I had the same problem 10 years ago in another state and had a series of 3 injections which took care of the problem for 10 years. I asked him for them and he said no. I asked why and he said we try these other treatments first. I get that, and I get he's the doctor but I also know what worked before and if it worked why not again? Because he wants to get as many appointments out of me as he can first? Continue to upsell? I feel like he doesn't "hear" me, I feel he tries to upsell, and just wants me to keep coming back. I can't afford that. I simply don't have it in my budget. I just do t feel he's understanding that. I won't go back for my follow up,I'll go somewhere else and I would not recommend this place.

No change in my foot so he told me to continue wearing the boot another 3 weeks (because he didn't know what was going on) and to return for another follow up visit. Before that visit I cancelled and made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Within 2 minutes with the orthopedic doctor he diagnosed me....I DID NOT HAVE TENDENITIS! I am now scheduled for surgery to fix my foot problem. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT FOOT & ANKLE!

Her responses were prompt, providing various options for scheduling and provided an option that would work for us after work. The process to book was super simple and on the day of, I messaged to make sure we had everything needed for the massage. They both arrived right at the scheduled appointment time and took about 10 minutes or so to set up their tables in my living room. Luckily I had enough space, and it worked nicely for both tables! They were both super thorough, asking what we'd like for pressure, focus areas and areas to avoid, and stepped into the bathroom to let us derobe and get settled. The experience was quite pleasant but next time, I would love to get a "how to prep your space" guide for at home massages (ie. turn up the heat earlier to warm the space adequately, get heated blankets to maximize comfort, understand how much space each table needs to clear it ahead of time, how to best prepare for some mood lighting, etc) especially as a first timer! However absolutely no issues even when they got there and it was lovely! For $222 for a couples 90 min massage, at your home?? It was perfect. I'll definitely book again.

We enjoy our messages here and are returning customers . I wish ewe were closer to do this more…read moreoften.
