I phoned Terminix in early July 2023 because I needed a one and done termite treatment and because I was hearing noises in the attic. They sent someone out promptly to inspect and advised that I had rats in the attic and that they could chew the electrical wiring if not dealt with. The inspector recommended a special insulation, something called inclusion and also the termite treatment. Since I had my home on the market in a hot market, I requested they perform the work as soon as possible. They required the intire approimate $8,000.00 UP FRONT before they would order the work, saying it would take three weeks to obtain the insulation. That was the first statement that turned out to be not true. Oh and they had a mobile device with a contract for me to sign: 71 pages on a small 3-7 movile device.... after three days they showed up with the insulation and proceeded to blow it into the ceiling. They did get rid of the rats while I was there, but they put their foot through the ceiling when I asked the to come back to clean the the mess in a closet. For almost $4,000 I thought they should have cleaned up the insulation that came through the ceiling and should have put down plastic over the hole before they began blowing in the insulation. They did not do the "inclusion" and that money was refunded promptly, but I signed a sales contract the day they put their foot through the ceiling and they would or could not fix the ceiling! Told me to get a contractor to fix it myself, which I did. I had to file a case in small claims court to get them to reimburse me for the ceiling and that happened three months later! Trouble is the one and done termite treatment i requested is not what they sold me! A 12 month service contract was not what I asked for. I had a FOR SALE sign in my front yard and the contract read a 12 month service contract! Not acceptable at all! I moved out in late July, do not own the property and yet Terminix has continued to bill ME for the service. I have phoned billing several times without resolution. First they would not send me invoices, then they sent an invoice and advised that I was paid up through Feb 2024. But they keep billing me! Once again I phoned and explained that I do not own the property and will not send me an invoice. They continued to access the property and bill me and I paid the amount "in full" and still the continue to bill me.

And no mosquitos or bugs!! 4 acre property and they keep the little blood suckers at bay and we can enjoy our property without being bitten. They also do pest control in house and perimeter for any bugs. We are bug free and the products are not as toxic as other pest controls. We highly recommend!!

On the rare occasion that i've had a problem with the Mosquitos still being around after they spray. I call them and they they come back out and take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to enjoy a Mosquito free yard!
