I used to be a loyal customer because I was a fan of their work, but after they moved to Corona ... they aren't the same for some reason. Ordered tank tops with design to get done ... missing a few so they had to order more ... They said I would get them in 3 days because I needed it for a weekend event ... 3 weeks later turns out the never ordered them when I needed them for an event. Got my money back at least. 3. Last one, I was offended and disappointed by because they know I come in all the time. I was emailing for a quote for various printing that I needed for a new business. I called Friday and they said they would give me a quote via email on tuesday for sure... called in before they closed on tuesday and said I would get one the next day .... it's been 6 days and I haven't heard from them. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt after the recent experiences, but after all that I can't get something as simple as a quote?
